The bedrooms are only cleaned every four nights. This isn't a problem unless you have a coffee machine and glasses /cups. You won't get any more clean glasses/cups or milk or coffee capsules unless you specifically ask for them. Also the breakfast options are more for vegetarians - more vegetarian options. You can order bacon but not if there is a lot going on. Today Sunday, there wasn't a lot going on but I still wasn't allowed bacon. Fried eggs without bacon is not nice. Would I go again? No, because I would like more meat options - especially bacon.

I am a regular at the NH hotel chain, but I was shocked by my stay in Dusseldorf. First, they asked me for a deposit of 200 euros, and this is the first time that an NH hotel has asked me for this. It seems that the dealings have become subject to moods. I don’t know. Second, the parking fee has become very expensive, meaning today it is 21 euros. Third, the level of cleanliness has declined greatly. Even when I return to the hotel, I see that the coffee cups have not been washed, even though I warned them about cleaning. They don’t even bring coffee unless I call them. This is annoying. Fourth, and most importantly, the air conditioning is broken, and I booked an expensive hotel because I was looking for an air-conditioned hotel, but I did not get this. The percentage of my booking the hotel again is 1%, and I do not recommend booking this hotel in particular.
