Nuestro condominio de un solo nivel de 1,000 pies cuadrados con 2 habitaciones / 2. 5 baños es una de las pocas propiedades con una terraza con vista a la histórica Avenida Principal. La residencia moderna y excepcionalmente ubicada se encuentra en 7th y Main Street y está a 24 millas (25 minutos) del área de esquí Purgatory. Durango es conocido por su centro histórico con una diversidad de tiendas y restaurantes que rivalizarían con muchas grandes ciudades. Este condominio está a poca distancia a pie de todo lo que el centro histórico tiene para ofrecer. Sal a correr o andar en bicicleta por el sendero del río de Durango a solo una cuadra y media de distancia. Visite una de las muchas cafeterías excepcionales o descubra por qué Durango es conocida como la ciudad de Brewerly Love visitando uno de nuestros seis bares locales. Location, Location, Location. Could be the best location in downtown Durango for access to all that downtown Durango has to offer. This is an amazing property. The host was responsive, the property contained everything we needed, beds were comfortable and amenities were excellent. I highly recommend this property for your stay in downtown Durango!

Great property with a fabulous location

We visit Durango every year and I had no idea that there were rental properties right on historical Main St. This property was beautiful and even in the busiest of times, quiet once the patio doors were shut. Great walking location for everything in the historical area of Durango!

The actual stay itself was great, location couldn’t been any better. We visit every year for a golf tournament and love staying in town so the wives can walk around to the shops and restaurants. Check in was easy, perfect size for the four of us. Only down side for us was the size of spare bath in back room was pretty small. Also the beds were I believe a full/queen and little firm for us. Wish there was a mattress topper available. Other than that very nice place.

Great apartment right downtown

Durango has so much to do-and this apartment gave us easy access to all of it. Well-appointed right downtown which let us walk anywhere for our stay. The apartment was as-advertised and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a central location on your Durango adventure.

Perfect Location

Unit was in a perfect location right in the heart of the town on Main Street. It was over a retail business and had a great balcony in front overlooking Main Street. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Durango.
