* There is a $200. cleaning fee. Disinfectant is used to clean the apartment (especially on high touch surfaces.). Linens are cleaned and disinfected between stays using high temperature settings. There is a 48 hr. gap between customers to allow plenty of time for the condo to be throughly cleaned. All of this helps mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19.
Enjoy living in a luxury condo in downtown Durango! The condo is in a beautifully maintained modern building right on Main Ave. With its central location you are surrounded by countless amazing restaurants, shops, and bars. It is also conveniently located steps away from two grocery stores and a pharmacy. This fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo has breathtaking views of the San Juan mountains with patios off of the living room and master bedroom. The condo has been renovated and has a luxurious modern feel. It has a TV/entertainment system with surround sound speakers in the living room and comes with access to Netflix. The master bedroom has a TV as well, and the condo has private WiFi access throughout. A full-size washer/dryer are conveniently located within the unit. The building it is in has locked entrances after hours and on the weekends, and has a coffee shop and bank in the lobby. As a tenant, you also have access to a rooftop patio that has a BBQ for use. There is one reserved parking space that is underground in a private parking garage that has keyed access to two elevators that take you to the bulding’s residential floor. The Animas River is just 2 blocks away which is popular year round due to the paved Animas River Trail which can be used for fishing, cycling, jogging, or just a beautiful relaxing walk by the river. In the summer the Animas river is hugely popular and has a river park for rafting/kayaking. Durango is surrounded by countless hiking/mountain/dirt biking trails and is a short drive to multiple ski resorts including Durango Mountain Resort, world renown Wolf Creek, and Silverton Mountain which offers private expert terrain to explore. Moab, UT is only a short drive away as well and has Canyonlands and Arches National Parks, the Colorado River, camping, and world-class mountain biking. If you like boating/fishing there are multiple breath-taking lakes within a short drive to explore. Mesa Verde National Park is also a short drive away. The selection of outdoor activities are endless. Furthermore, Durango has festivals year-round including The Iron Horse bike race, Durango Days, Taste of Durango, Snowdown, and countless others. And all of theses festivals take place downtown so that if you are lucky enough to be here during one, all you have to do is step foot outside in order to be in the middle of the festivities. The only problem with staying in downtown Durango is deciding what to do!

Great place.
This condo is even nicer than the pictures look. My wife and I had a great time exploring Durango and southwest Colorado. The location is excellent to walk around Durango and only a block away from the grocery store. The TV has a killer sound system. Five stars all the way.

A perfect place for a Durango vacation
This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was perfect for our 6-week stay in Durango and the location right on Main street can't be beat. The place is in excellent condition and the owners and local property manager were friendly and readily available if we needed help with anything. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!

The condo is in the perfect location to walk to grocery store, historic downtown (shops & restaurants) Animas River Trail & hiking path up to Fort Lewis College and connecting trails. The train goes past several times and it adds a little something special to each day when viewed from either of the condo’s balconies.
We stayed in this well-appointed condo for 1 month. The building manager and facilities staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo owner graciously check-in via text msg to make sure we were doing well.
The furniture is very comfy, the showers offered good water pressure and there is plenty of storage space.
We greatly enjoyed our stay in downtown Durango where we enjoyed skiing, hiking, sightseeing and various day trips to towns in southwest Co, NM and Utah.

Best Location and Neighborhood
This property was perfect for me- a single person staying for 2 months with some family visitors during the stay. Condo is well appointed and location is the best. You can walk a block to the grocery, or a block to the park for weekly concerts, or across the street to great food truck/music/drink venue, or down the elevator and out the door to all of Durango's fine eating places and shopping. Wave from your balcony to the afternoon returning Durango train-toot! toot!

Experience Downtown Durango (Main Ave) Life
Modern, secure, clean and comfortable. Waling distance to Main Ave restaurants, shops and bars. Also walking distance to grocery store, hardware store, drug store and liquor store. Secure parking garage is a huge plus. We stayed here three weeks and feel we could not have picked a better place.

Perfect Location, perfect place
My wife and I rented this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The location is perfect for easy walking to all downtown Durango has to offer, and for access to all of Durango's mountain bike trails and paved river trail. The apartment is located 1/2 block off of Main St. and is very quiet at night. Access to the apartment and parking garage are restricted to residents only, with two elevators providing 24/7 access to the 4th floor. Even our full-size truck fits well in the parking garage!
The apartment is well appointed and comfortable with 2 full size bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and closets. The kitchen/living/dining area is very spacious with views of the mountains from all rooms except one bedroom. The apartment has a great AC system, and gas fire place for all season comfort.
The owners were great to work with and attentive to anything we needed. If you're looking for a great place to stay in a great location for a great value, then look no further!!
