Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very nice, convenient location, however the thinness of the walls and foor made for difficult sleeping as someone above us was walking around all night, even with carpeted floors, and you can hear the TVs through the walls. Otherwise great, but difficult to improve construction issue this point.

The property was very clean and modern, very comfortable. Parking was extremely friendly and staff was very helpful.
The room was nice and clean. From checking in to out front desk staff were great and helpful throughout our stay. Although the people did their best in giving out to-go breakfast, the selection were not that great. Rooms need to be cleaned and sheets changed every other day, not every three days. Even that was done at the minimal efforts. Using Covid as excuse not to do the job and yet charging full is not acceptable. Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The staff were friendly, very welcoming, were open to questions about the amenities. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed using their pool, jacuzzi and the fitness room. I would like to return to this property on our next trip to Durango.
