Location was awesome, views from the house, patio and dock were very peaceful. The house is huge, downstairs kitchen was convenient. Paddle boarding and kayaking across the cove was fun and exciting. Upstairs kitchen needed more dishes and a pizza pan.

We love this place! Great location, nice neighborhood, close to stores. Love being on the Rainbow River & the kayaks on site! The house is spacious, clean, and beautiful views with many large windows!

Comfortable space, perfect for Rainbow River activities. We loved the kayaks and Swampy’s restaurant riverside. We saw otters, turtles, foxes, deer, and a flock of turkeys in the backyard one day.

Excellent stay along Rainbow River

Great location, private with everything for a large family, close to amenities & activities such as kayaking on Rainbow River, a swim with manatees at Rainbow Springs or just relax with games & movies is a very comfortable home. Highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting the area.

Amazing location!!!

We absolutely loved being able to kayak Rainbow Springs right from the backyard! Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group! Fabulous views! We will be back!!!

Excellent Location plus great view

Located near grocery shopping, lots of boat ramps, Rainbow River State Park, Withlachoche Bike trail and many restaurants makes this location excellent. House is two levels with one living room, one kitchen and 2 bedrooms on each level.

Kitchens were very spacious, the bar downstairs was very useful!! Laundry room was absolutely a great option especially for the big family of wet clothes from being on the River!!! The bed rooms was set up perfectly to accommodate everyone!!! The only thing that I would recommend is another a/c unit down stairs. It stayed pretty warm through out the stay.

Large house in a perfect location with a private little pond leading out to the beautiful Rainbow Springs River. We enjoyed the kayaks on a daily basis.

Family reunion

Beautiful setting. House was spacious with everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The younger members of the family really enjoyed kayaking on the beautiful Rainbow River.

Easy check in. The house was very large and it was just two of us. If there was a big family, this would be great. It was clean, comfortable and modern.The house was on a large pond that lead to the river. It wasn’t directly on the river nut accessible by kayak. Two decks on the pond where we spotted a large alligator sunning himself. No swimming here!All in all, we would stay here again. Only suggestion is maybe some more outside furniture as it is nice to utilize the decks.

Great rental! So spacious and perfectly placed on River

What a sweet spot on the river for family! We launched right onto the water from the rental which saved so much time for us blowing up multiple paddle boards. Spacious for family and kids with two living rooms and bonus kitchen downstairs. Really wonderful trip! Would recommend!

Great location on the river.House was nice and clean upon our arrival & everything was provided for a nice couple of day at the river. Fast response from homeowner when we had questions. Definitely will be back for more.

Spacious River House

We had a great stay in this roomy and comfortable house! The view of the river is wonderful, I drank my coffee outside on the porch every morning and my wine every evening. The house is perfect for a large group with space for privacy. We did all things Rainbow Springs and kayaked and swam every day. It was especially nice that single AND tandem kayaks were included.
