Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Bungalow D is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom open floor plan unit with an inviting front deck seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!

Girls getaway

This was a great girl's trip spot. The bungalow was perfect, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location was great for river fun. Please note there isn't direct river access from the bungalows, but KP Hole park is a very short walk away. (right next-door) The location is quiet, and we felt secluded, yet we were close to everything.

Not impressed with Unit D

Previous occupants left a stinky mess and housekeepers couldn't get it cleared. Pets left a mess in the yard that wasn't cleaned up. The unit is a low cost mobile home quality. Everything but the bedding seemed to be low cost done on the cheap. The refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker or ice trays or water dispenser. Silverware was incomplete and mismatched. No usable wash cloths in the baths. The one cloth looks like it was used to clean the floor. The positives are the location and the willingness of the housekeepers to try make it better They were working to try to get it cleaned up all the way to check in time. This trip was a multi-family vacation and we were able to compare Unit D to the others. Several of the other units were nice so I would book a different one next time. No problem with management or owner but I was disappointed with physical quality of Unit D.

Cute bungalow

The bungalow was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very cute and close to KP hole. The common areas were nice and we enjoyed a night with our friends and family. We rented a total of 6 bungalows. Absolutely loved Rainbow Springs but be aware that the passes we receive does not let us utilize KP hole facilities or the parking lot. We are only allowed to use the boat ramp to launch our own vessels.

Nice property

Overall was a great experience. The property is nice and the amenities are sufficient. The particular bungalow we stayed in needs a few minor details paid attention to like the key is very hard to use in the door it sticks bad. It was raining when we arrived and the lack of doormats made the house messy before we even started vacation. Then we had no broom to clean but I left some for the next guess. Knowing there would be 4 adults for 4 days more than one towel a piece would have been nice but there is a washer dryer therw so we cleaned them. Over all we loved the place. Thank you for a nice place to stay!
