mostly pleasure trip. saw family and friends, floated river a couple times and hit both coasts and house hunted. Had the best time.

The lock code didn’t work for us so we had an issue trying to enter the apartment. Once we got a response from the property manager she corrected the problem. She was extremely nice & apologetic. It was a cute little efficiency style apartment. We felt it could have been cleaner. The shower was not great, lacked pressure and bath mat was not acceptable. We had to wash the pots before using because they had not been scrubbed well, prior. The dish & hand soaps were very watered down. We wonder what the cleaning fee goes to?The air conditioner was very loud and although the place was small it seemed extremely warm, even on a very low temp setting.The pool and hot tub were nice, but everything needs to be updated. Very old style pool furniture.The laundry facility is in a little shack outside with one washer and one dryer. We did not use.There were cobwebs in the outside walkways and stairways.If it wasn’t for the property manager being so kind and accommodating we would give this Vrbo one star.

Location was great with kayak access. A little dated but clean. Only issue was with plumbing. Toilet issues, slow tub drainage, and low water pressure in shower.
