Check in was at a window outside with drug dealers nearby. The lady was super slow and it was so uncomfortable standing out there for almost 30 min while she took her time looking for the reservation and taking calls. The exterior door had a gap so big under it, you could slide your hand under the door. I had to roll towels to slide under door after we were made to walk back downstairs since there were no towels in the room when we got there. People smoking outside and the smoke flowed right in the room. It was right by a highway so it sounded like we were standing right by the loud hwy, ridiculously noisy. It was infested with roaches and there was a constant water drip in the tub. It was so dirty, no one wanted to shower in there. We only stayed a few hours as we were too exhausted to find another place. No breakfast as advertised and chunks came out of the juice dispenser. Hands down, worse stay ever! Management did not care to make it right.
The location to the event that I was attending was good. I had horrific neighbors and the walls are paper thin. The space under the door between the rooms was very large. The couple next door were up playing guitar and singing until late hours early morning. Then were up again at 5:30 fighting and slamming things around. I actually ended up leaving the hotel at 1am to find a room next door. Unfortunately, there wasn't any rooms in the surrounding hotels. The sheets also had cigarette holes in the top cover. I also was awoken at 9 by the housekeeping lady at my door. I opened the door and she was ready to clean my room with a cigarette hanging out from her mouth. Check out time is later than 9am. I will never be back to this particular hotel.
Our stay was great! We were there 3 days. No noise, it was clean, the bed was comfy, no bugs, the staff was great. Ill def be staying here again if I'm ever in the area.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the room and property. The room obviously wasn’t cleaned before my arrival. There was toothpaste in the sink and hair in the tub. The vending area trash cans were overflowing and a dirty laundry cart was left in the breezeway. If I wasn’t so tired and most of the hotels in the area were “sold out” I would have left.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and love that there were hardwood floors.
Too much highway noise. Did not get much sleep. Clean room. Adequate breakfast but not great.
This was my 2nd time staying here. Staff is always nice & rooms clean & comfortable. Location is close to anywhere in Dunn you may want to go. Restaurant & convenience store within walking distance. Only thing I don't like is the shower pressure is not the best.
This hotel gave the impression of a decent motel from the outside other than the drug deals going on in parking lot. Once inside the room smelled rotten, and the sheets had cigarette burns in them. The floors were also disgusting. We had no other choice otherwise we would have been out of there in a hurry!
The place was easy to see from 95, is just off 95 South. The hotel was modern and was very clean. I liked that I could smell the bleach on the sheets. We had a comfy king size bed that fit me, my husband, and our baby quite well! The free breakfast was good - make your own waffles, cereal, and microwave sausage biscuits were the main foods. The staff was very nice and the check-in and -out was super fast and easy. Would recommend it -- we came because we were going to an event at Campbell University, which was about 20 minutes away.
I found my room clean, the breakfast snacks excellent and my overall stay excellent. I would have liked to have had a full bedspread rather than the unique short version found at the end on the bed. I would have liked more of the traditional cover for added comfort.
Just a quick overnight stop driving south for the winter. Easy off the freeway, quick check in.
Great hotel - friendly, helpful staff. AC worked well and was quieter than most hotel ACs. Smallish breakfast area, but good choices of goodies. Steak house next door was great for supper.
We stayed here for 2 days and it was very nice and comfortable. No loud people or disturbances. It was nice and homely

Initial reception negative. Manager was at the desk working on papers. Did not look up or acknowledge our presence. She waited for the clerk to acknowledge us. The clerk was very nice. Other staff was also very friendly.
Rooms were nice, clean, and well done. The hotel is in a super location, just off the highway. Made a great stop on the way to Florida for spring break. Reasonably priced too!
