Service is always good but I felt like my sheets weren’t clean ones. Didn’t make a big deal because I was only staying for the night and didn’t realize until I was getting ready for bed. Other than that great parking, the room and bathroom was clean as well.
I loved this stay. I was very impressed with the space of the room and bathroom. It was very clean and updated. Would absolutely recommend. 10/10. My only issue is that the restaurant closed at 11am and i needed food when i checked out. But other than that everything was spectacular
The room was clean when arrived which should be standard but always appreciated whenever it happens. Staff was also nice.

Restaurant on site was really short staff
We ended up leaving our two night reservation early. The hotel doesn’t even provide coffee in the rooms or WiFi. They charge extra per day. We decided to leave and go to the Hilton across the street where they provide free Wifi and breakfast. It was just not worth it!

The bathrooms are not well cleaned. First bathroom shower had mold. Second had mold and hairs outside the shower door. This is after I complained and the housekeeping manager cleaned the bathroom of room 1422 and assured me it was cleaned. All it appeared she did was spray the walls with disinfectant. When I called back and said I could not move to the new room as the bathroom has some mold and a lot of hairs on the shower door, she became defensive. Again better oversight is need with cleaning the bathrooms. There is no excuse for any Marriott bathrooms to look like what I encountered.
Weekend getaway, nice clean rooms quiet. Great nights sleep comfortable bed.

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry you were unhappy with our hotel. I would like to let you know that coffee makers were removed from our rooms as a COVID precaution - we reduced the items left in the room from guest to guest - but they are availalbe upon request. WiFi is also free for our Bonvoy members in case you want to join to receive the benefit in the future.
