The rooms are in good shape and clean, but outside the room, in the hallway the carpet was dirty and in extremely bad shape. Overall, not bad for the price.

The room was not cleand from the previous guests when i checked in a 930pm. I was handed sheets and towels and told i could make my own bed. There was a horrible smell in the room and the curtains refused to stay closed so there was no privacy as well.

Positives: clean room, AC worked well, front desk accommodated 11 pm arrival nicely. Negatives: parking far from interior second story room at opposite side of building, dirty walkways inside large-span metal barn type structure with a closed pool. Could hear loud Tejano music three rooms down until I turned fan up high.

The desk person said it was new but the bathtub was old the fridge dented and with paint on it. The calling was thick and splattered on the tub edges. The large window had light coming in from the bottom which could not be blocked.
