Non smoking building stunk of smoke. Chose facility solely because of pool, pool was closed - broken. Milk at breakfast was expired. Toaster barely toasted, juice machine only select option worked -not signed out of order, water dispenser in lobby broke. Coffee creamer at lobby table was expired (separated and clumpy).

It was convenient to shopping and such , but the pool and hot tub were down for renovation so that’s one of the reasons I booked the room and it was half way in between everything we wanted to do , the breakfast was very good with a waffle maker and tons of options

Arrived at 5pm to find out no rooms were ready, then they had one that was just about ready, but the ac didn't work. We ended up leaving, taking a loss. They couldn't offer anything due to them but being prepared for people checking in, who had a reservation. Very disappointing.

Room was dirty-hair in the shower, hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower and wrapper on the floor from the soap. Carpet is stained. Smelled like animal urine when you walked in the hotel room door. Bathroom must have been used to contain cats as it smelled like wet cat litter that wasn’t changed for some time. Spoke with staff about it and they said they would have to charge the previous people from the room and given a room deodorizer. Hotel needs a serious upgrade! Maybe acceptable in the 80’s but not today.

This was the first of 3 nights we spent here. This first night was good, no issues, aside from limited breakfast items when we got down. After notifying staff, they put stuff out.

We started in a room downstairs… cockroaches fell from the water-damaged ceiling onto my girlfriend as she took a bath. There were also cockroaches in the vanity cabinet. After killing two of them, we took them to the front desk. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another room upstairs. That room had an unmade bed and garbage in the bins. They then moved us to a third room which was mostly fine, though there were stains on the bedspread.
