Major refurbishing work going on so the hallways were quite messy. The room itself was fine so not too bad but the light switch by the door didn't do anything we could tell. Breakfast was okay and price reasonable.

When arrived at the property the driveway pavement is awful. The pool was closed and seemed extremely dirty. When I got the key and was heading up to the room, the staircase smelled like urine. When entering the room, it smelled like urine, it was very hot and the beds were not made properly. It was a very bad experience, I ended up giving up my key and leaving as it was not worth what I had paid for.

The back door was open all night. Scary It's supposed to key entry. The. air conditioner sounds like a 747 air plane. To get the shower on I had to go to the front desk twice. Finally she came down and showed me how to turn it on. You had to pull real hard to get it on. Like us old people know that. The hot tub had a lot of chlorine in it, we could only spend 7 minutes in it. The bathroom fan had a lot of dust on it. The TV didn't work half the time. It would say no Internet service.

This place was terrible.....there was a cockroach in our room....the hotel is a mess....outside appearance is horrible....scarry looking people hanging around....the breakfast was a joke ...the toaster wouldn't work....very bad place...extension cords all over the place....I would not recommend this place to anyone..

The property was clean overall including the room but the AC unit was extremely out of date, didn’t run well and the room still had a lingering cigarette smell/mustiness even though it’s a nonsmoking hotel. The staff were extremely friendly

Not shabby chic, just shabby.

We knew it wouldn't be a 5 star hotel so it was basic. We did pay a premium price for Saturday and although we paid for Sunday as well and a pet fee, someone complained about our dogs barking at 11 am or so. We were at the airshow and had to leave and get the dogs and go home. I understand if they were barking in the middle of the night but most people should have been gone at That time. We think it was a maid that complained. In any event, we wouldn't stay again with or without dogs because the property isn't secure, it seems shady and the drapes, doors and exterior or shabby looking.

We were there for 4 days/three nights. The information online said that breakfast was included. The first morning my husband and our grandson went down to eat before going to the pool. There was no milk for cereal, no scrambled eggs, no breakfast meats, no fruit. There were hard boiled eggs and waffles as well as apple and orange juice. We ended up having to go out for breakfast everyday. On our last day as we were packing our vehicle, I took the ice bucket from our room so that I could add ice to the small drink cooler we had. I got the ice from the machine near the lobby and continued out to the parking lot with the luggage cart and my grandson to load our vehicle, before checking out. As we left the building the young woman, who had been behind the reception desk, asked "You are bringing that ice bucket back, aren't you?. My 4 year old grandson looked at me and asked, Grandma, does that lady think we are going to steal the bucket? Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at this property again and we will make sure we advise friends, family and anyone who mentions going to Duluth, to avoid the property at all costs. We love Wyndham properties and if at all possible stay only at Wyndham properties. This property is an embarrassment to the Wyndham name and standards.
