Stayed one night as part of a business trip. The good parts - friendly and helpful staff, and a clean, reasonably priced, well-sized room with a comfortable bed. The not-so good parts - poor wifi speed and the room looked like it could do with a good, fresh coat of paint. Clean, but felt a little 'grubby'.
Short Taxi trip from the airport. Very friendly staff, quick check in. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had breakfast on three mornings which were good, wide choice is offered and i had an evening meal just once, again good choice and well cooked and presented. A nice hotel.
20 Euro from the airport and 30 to the Espirit/Messe Exhibition centre, lovely clean quiet room all the staff were super friendly and helpful, I ate in both nights I was there as the food the first night was excellent and the atmosphere was chilled and relaxed, would certainly stay again.
Super Clean and Nice Hotel less than 10 minutes ride from the airport and well worth the cab ride 15€. The restaurant served one of the best meals we had eaten in our entire 2 week vacation with great servers.
Really close to the airport. comfortable rooms with good service, appreciable restaurant and living areas. wifi available Private parking lot available, and also shuttle service to the gates. Definitely recommended
good Hotel ,fair Price ,nothing speical but clean and good for 2 days ! Nice breakfast ,super friendly staff , good locvation to the Airport of Düsseldorf ,parking good and near by ,so okay for a short stay
This hotel is set in a very isolated location there is nothing nearby except companies, a motorway and the Holiday Inn on the next street. The room is a good size but the curtains were hanging down which made it feel more like hostel. The fan was so loud in the bathroom it was unbearable to listen to and extremely disturbing. The corridors are dark and the door locks to the rooms are very flimsy. The breakfast staff were a disaster. They swipe the plates away while you are in the middle of eating and if you get up to get something else at the buffet your plate of food is simply gone upon return. Breakfast is very "Stressa" and far from "Relaxa" At the breakfast area entrance there are hand written labels of who gets "Excellence" awards in that breakfast area which should be removed from the the public eye. Even though the hotel looked isolated it was very noisy from traffic from the motorway. WIFI is a disaster at the hotel and the conference rooms require renovation. A plus point is that It's good the mini-bar is included in some rooms otherwise it would be a disaster to pay at the bar as they can neither accept Debit or Credit Cards. You have to go to reception to pay.
GOOD: room is nice clean and big bed is really comfortable breakfast is ok room service is quick and food is good and they adapt to what you request, and they are very nice lots of sockets around bed to plug your pc and phones LESS GOOD: no air conditioned in the room.. and it was 33 degrees, couldn t sleep..we expect ac in all room in this kind of 3 stars hotel; couldnt leave the window open cause it was noisy, people talked outside very loud and very late blanket is too small, not the size of the bed fitness room is so small with only 2 bikes.. not really a fitness room phone in room wasn t working for 2 days.. wi fi is quite poor and disconnect quite often tv is not in front of the bed but on the right side, so you can' t watch tv comfortably toilet flush needs to be pressed for A LONG TIME so that it works so it s correct but not really a business hotel i haven t been to steam bath and spa so can t tell how it is
I stayed at relaxa for 1 night. I picked this hotel because it said it is a wellness hotel. I like to stay at wellness hotels because they usually have a nice cozy or a zen atmosphere. This was missing at relexa. The Lobby/ restaurant looked like a school canteen, the 4th floor looked a bit come down, in desperate need of some paint. The room with open wardrobe and white desk made me think I was shopping at Ikea. As for the hygene... there were hairs in the bathroom. The tub wast clean, the glass door just rubbed dry instead of cleaned. I had to call the night receptionist to give me a towel without stains. As for the night receptionist, he was really friendly and brought the towel within seconds of my call.
as such it is a good location if your business takes you to the Ratingen or airport area. Rooms were nice and bathrooms big and starting the day with a good breakfast made it a good stay for my business trip. However there wasn't a lot to do for my wife and daughter who happened to accompany me on this trip.
