Went to Düsseldorf to reminisce as we use ti live there in the 80s. Stayed in a junior executive suite for a weekend break. Very comfortable large bed and powerful shower. No issues with the language as we speak very little German and the staff were extremely helpful. We had breakfast - excellent selection of hot and cold food items. We took advantage of hiring bikes, easy city to cycle around. Extremely clean. Can't wait to go back

Great location. Beautiful walk through adjacent park to the old town. Local shops and cafe to the NE of the hotel worth a visit. Good restaurant and bar. Comfortable bed and good sized room. I would recommend.

There is nothing particularly good about this property. The rooms are pleasant (if they have what you booked available - I was downgraded without compensation), but everything else is mediocre. Staff at the front desk are not very well trained to resolve guest issues. Room service staff was super friendly and very positive, but the food was ehh. Room can't cool down no matter what engineering does. It may be better during the winter, but miserable in summer. Definitely will not be confused with some of the other much higher quality properties in the Melia portfolio (some of which can be absolutely amazing). Sadly, not this one.

This is a lovely hotel near the Hofgarten and a short walk to the Kö shopping district. We stayed in a fantastic suite with views over the city. Very friendly staff. Food in the restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent value for money. Will be back.

Stayed for 3 nights Everything was perfect, receptionest was so nice and he offered his parking space when we didnt find one. All the staff was friendly and helpfull.. I would hounestly recommend it to friends .. Just outdoor there is the hofgarten with the kids playground .. Perfect for families and kids

Excellent hotel, location nearby center Dusseldorf Konigsallee and the park, fantastic beds and rooms and shower; nice wellness room with steam cabine and sauna and relaxing room; Value for Money; friendly staff

Easliy the nicest City hotel in this price range that I have been to recently. Clean, new, large rooms. Exceptionally welcoming staff - a shout out to Tom at reception who was very helpful. Great gym, sauna. Large spaces. Nice breakfast.

Nice rooms but one big problem is about the air conditioner is too bad even the windows can't open. But the staff is friendly and the location is great I hope they can solve the problem to be this hotel one of the best hotels in Düsseldorf 👍🏻

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Very quite and close to every core activity of the city. Bikes for guests is an additional plus. Staff very friendly and proactive.Wellness area included. Wonderful view at the top floor.

this is the second time we stay at melia hotel, 2 summers in a row. The hotel is nice and all, however the receptionist who checked us in said the room will be ready in half an hour, and after an hour of waiting i talked to one of the receptionist (HIS NAME IS RANTEL) and told him i've been waiting for an hour, the first thing he said was that i wasnt correct, he is directly implying that i was lying! HOW RUDE IS THAT!! and when i got him my internet ticket which has the time printed on it to proof that i was actullt waiting for an hour, he gave me his back and walked away, not only that, he also went to his out colleges and started chatting and laughing, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TO LEAVE AN ANGRY CLIENT AT THE DESK WITHOUT CLEARING THE ISSUE FIRST! iam still staying at the hotel (melia dusseldorf), i will be writing bad reviews about the hotel untill i get a proper and professional treatment from the management. 16/8/2017
