The property needs updated but other than that it was clean and offered a plethora of amenities and helpful staff
We had a great time, everything is close by. We could walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Mid week, Wednesday, fleas discovered on deck; called office, sent maintenance to investigate, nothing done. Thursday, fleas now inside. Called office, sent housekeeping to investigate, nothing done. Friday infestation much worse, WENT to office, manager all apologetic. Promised pest control will handle problem by the time we get back to hotel from a day out. Pest control scheduled for 1:00. Upon returning about 3:45 they had not yet finished. Manager provided a gift card to restaurant across street. We were able to get back in the room about 5:00 only to be called and told that the treatment did not work. They moved us to another room for our last night. Manager promised to compensate us further with a credit for one nights stay. This was never done!!
