Gordon and Jan thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and at home...from a well-stocked kitchen to a guest book with dinner ideas, sightseeing ideas, carry out menus to books to bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. As advertised just steps from the beach and beach view from 3rd floor deck. Location is close to various sights and restaurants.

The communication with the host, the location and comfort of the rental unit were excellent. The place is so nicely decorated and well appointed for rental guests. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay! The home was clean, welcoming, cozy, and comfortable. The location was wonderful. The hosts were very kind and welcoming as well. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing stay! Clean and all the amenities we needed! Pool/Hot tub was a great addition. Close walk to beach and loved having all the beach stuff on site. Owner was very helpful and responsive. First time to OBX we’ll be back!

Outer Banks Getaway

Our stay couldn't have been better! The location is perfect: you cross one street and you’re on the beach, it’s in between shops/grocery stores/everything you may need in just a few minutes drive. The accommodations themselves are fun, comfortable, and relaxing. I look forward to staying here again!

Single handedly the best equiped rental I've ever stayed in and that's been a lot. Excellent communication, beautiful home, everything we needed, and so much space. Was clean and beds were comfortable. I wouldn't love the balcony during busy season as you are right next to the neighbors but it was just fine while we were there with beautiful views. We took advantage of the bikes with the nearby trail and beach chairs - loved not having to pack that stuff! Thank you for being so generous with your things!

Perfect place to stay at the OBX.

This is a great place to stay in Kitty Hawk. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great with just a few steps to the beach. We definitely plan on coming back again.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Anytime i want to come to this area i will be looking to stay here above anywhere else. I recommend anyone and everyone to come here. I will be coming back again

Great place for a family vacation!

We had another fantastic family vacation here. The hosts are very thoughtful and have everything you and your family will need for a great week at the beach! The location is fantastic as you are next to the beach and lifeguard station. There is a community pool that's great to hang out at after some time in the ocean. There are also some quality restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back again!

Great experience & property; highly recommend staying here. Very responsive/accommodating owner + had everything you could need already included (e.g. towels, linens, cleaning supplies, etc.). Will definitely be back.

Great week in Kitty Hawk!

We had a great week.The location is perfect and the property had what we needed. Communication with the host was easy. The view from the deck is beautiful and we enjoyed our morning coffee there every day. We spent mornings on the beach and afternoons at the pool which my 6 year old loved. We hope to go back soon!

Clean with a fantastic view

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and a perfect location a birthday weekend fishing trip. Our only issue, which isn’t a complaint, is that we wish check out had been at 11:00 rather than 10:00 to give us more time to enjoy the morning view on the deck with our coffee and give the seafood restaurants time to open for lunch. We definitely plan to book this unit again in the future.

Home was nice. The deck was to open the the other residents. Not a big problem but was different. Good stay over all. The place was well equipped.

Kitty Hawk May 2024

It is beautiful. We loved time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. There was a great deal of space for the two of us. There are good places nearby for food. Highs were generally in the 70s, with rain one night and then on the day we left. The beach is perhaps a minute's walk from the front door. It was a wonderful, relaxing visit.
