We have been evacuated due to Florence and this is our third La Quinta in a week. How refreshing to know this chain will take your dogs. All three were recently remodeled. This property in Dublin was the most extensively remodeled with rooms, lobby and common areas all redone. This is a great place to stay on Interstate 16 with gas stations and places to eat right next door. Easy on and off the freeway.

This was the worst la Quinta l have ever stayed at! The third floor,where l stayed,wallpaper was falling off the wall.The carpet in the hallway was horribly stained and had a horrible odor emanating from it. The couch in the room had frayed edges on the arms and the cushions had frayed edges and looked dirty and antiquated.It was so bad I was afraid to sit on it. The thermostat did not work properly. The only plus of the stay was Lisa at the front desk.

This was just an average stop along the way to Savannah. The rooms were recently redone and a very calming color. Used LQ points for the stay, they charge a $5 tax fee. Didn't know until check-in. Overall the hotel was very lovely. LQ is our go to hotel.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling through Dublin, GA. Robert, the young man at the front desk was amazing! He really made us feel at home. We personally believe he deserves a raise due to the outstanding customer service that he provides.

Room wasn’t very clean. Stains on sheets and in bathroom. Would not stay again. Odor in hotel and room was very bad on my breathing and allergies and made me sick. First and last time at La Quinta Inn.

Breakfast was good, hotel clean, quiet and the staff very kind. I was there on business and will continue to stay there for future business trips. Right off the highway and convenient to my appointments for work.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time with family from 8/24/18-8/26/18. We had a total of 4 rooms. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were very clean and set at the right temperature for use. The lobby, hallways and elevator were also very clean and well lit. Breakfast every day was very good with a wide variety of food options. The employees were all very hospitable and very friendly, especially Jammie Gilbert at the Front Desk and Sharon in the Kitchen. We didn't know renovations were going on until someone told us. We never saw or heard anything.

The rooms have supposedly been renovated and I agree that the floors, walls and bathroom show that but the furniture is still scratched and the upholstery frayed. The public areas, (hallways, elevator, lobby, etc) have not be completed as of my visit. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. I had no complaints here. I used the mobile app to check in and the front desk person did not know how to handle the payment portion of the check-in.

This hotel is going through MAJOR renovations and the overall condition is very poor! Their website does not reveal that the renovations are in progress, so I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to PLEASE call ahead to find out the status of the renovations. At the time of my visit (7/27/18 - 7/28/18), there were construction workers all throughout the hallways, ceiling panels were open, wires were exposed, the floors and carpets were extremely dirty and/or soiled, wallpaper was either ripped, stained or both and the rooms permeated with the smell of paint or chemicals. There were several “storage areas” with trash and other equipment, including a pile of junk stored directly beside the ice machine on the third floor. (pics included) When I initially checked in, I was placed in an “executive suite” on the second floor, directly beside the stairwell where the contractors were working. The noise was ridiculous! (loud equipment, lots of bumping and banging and loud conversations from the workers) and the smell in the room was unfathomable. I immediately requested a new room and was placed in a different “executive suite” on the 3rd floor at the opposite end of the hotel. The room was still very close to the stairwell, and although there were no workers on this stairwell, there was still a lingering smell of paint or some other chemical. Unfortunately for me, this second “executive suite” had an old refrigerator that leaked a large puddle of water onto the floor near the entrance to the room. By this time, I was completely dissatisfied with the condition of this hotel and called the desk to report my concerns and advised that I would try to find another hotel for my visit. To my extreme dismay, EVERY reputable hotel/resort/inn in the Dublin area was fully booked, so I had no choice, but to stay at the La Quinta. I was moved (for the third time) to another “executive suite” on the third floor, next door to the room with the flooded refrigerator and across the hall from a “storage room” with no door and a bunch of junk piled inside. (pics included with this review.) The room itself was subpar for the La Quinta brand. The wooden furniture and fixtures were scratched, dented and aged. The chair at the work desk was old and the faux leather was worn and quite uncomfortable. The sofa appeared to be right out of the 1980’s. The cloth was frayed and the color was faded and outdated. (more pics included.) The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was the microwave with a real-live turn dial. You, literally, have to guesstimate how far to turn the dial if you needed to cook or warm food. It’s a crying shame that in this day and age, a major hotel chain could not even provide a late-model microwave with digital controls. (Yep, more pics included) By this point, I was almost tempted to sleep in my car. Overall, my visit was very much less than satisfactory. I would have rated 1-star for the overall visit, but I added one additional star because the bed was at least comfortable enough for me to stay for 2 nights. I would never stay here agin, but Good Luck, Everybody Else.

It was my frist time,at this hotel since it's been in Dublin ga even tho it's was getting remolding but I had amazing time for my birthday just check out there suite I stayed in here please give it a chance you want be sorry,they bringing more to the hotel,like a store in side in more rooms like the one I stayed in ,it's great for a romantic stay or wedding, anniversary, honeymoon, birthday ,or just a moment for u to treat yourself,!!!!!!
