I have stayed overnight at this location a few times while traveling HWY 441 between FL and NC. Never had any issues. Very clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast choices. Will definitely choose again in the future.
Very pleased with our overnight stay. It is new, has sufficient parking, near to restaurants, just off the interstate, had both firm and soft pillows, good towels, good breakfast that was replenished in a timely manner. Both the lobby and the room were very clean. Not sure why someone said it was dirty but I did not use the pool or the gym so I cannot attest to those areas. It did have a lot of workers (you could tell from the pick up trucks) from the cell phone industry staying they but they were very pleasant, well mannered and quiet. Would stay here again.
I give one star only because i have to, if there were negative stars that would be my rating. travel a lot for business so i have a regular routine of pulling back the covers when i first enter the room. When I did there were several hairs in the bed. If they can’t change the sheets you can bet they don’t clean the bathrooms etc. I called for a wake up call and to report the issue with the bed, the first time it rang and rang with no answer, I waited and called back on on the 17th ring I finally got an answer. The girl didn’t seem to be that concerned nor surprised about hair being in the bed. I asked for a 4:30 wake up call, the call didn’t happen until 4:51! I had an early inventory to be at so I was glad that I set my phone as a backup. As an IHG Platinum member I am use to much better at my numerous stats. Bottom line, if you want to stay at an old, dated, dirty, poor service HI this is the one for you.
We have stayed here several times on our way to Hilton Head Island. It is very clean and is undergoing renovations. The kitchen and dining area have been expanded and the staff allowed us to use it to eat pizza for dinner for our family of 13. We stayed in a renovated room which was very nice and clean. I fell in the shower/bath in spite of the fact there was “some” anti slip material on the floor. It was still very slippery and there were no handles inside the shower/tub. Management was very nice and said this is something he’ll consider during renovations. In spite of falling we will stay here in the future but I’ll probably wait to wash my feet until I get out of the shower!!
My husband and I checked in on a Monday evening and our room was just perfect! The climate was cool, the bed was perfect and the hotel was Quiet!!!!The breakfast area was spotless and the food was delicious and we enjoyed it so very much!! Thank you so much Holiday Inn Dublin, Ga!!!!
This is a typical Holiday Inn Express with all the features you've come to expect at this type of venue. It has a pool, a fitness center, a business center, and, of course, a free breakfast. Access to the interstate is excellent. The Inn is undergoing some renovations, which are needed as some spots, especially in the halls and by the elevators, need the TLC. It is easy to get to, there is plenty of parking, and several nearby restaurants and a Truck Stop are within walking distance. My room was clean and well serviced although the bathroom was a bit small. The bathtub was rather interesting, small, with a curved bottom that made standing in it to shower a bit of a balancing chore. I never could get a satisfactory stream from the shower head. It was either too needle fine or too coarse. The towels could have used some fabric softener. The room itself had a Keurig coffee maker, a refrigerator and a microwave. The HVAC was adequate. The bed was comfortable but for some reason the standard soft and hard pillows seem to be either too soft or too hard. Strange as I'm sure that Holiday Inn buys these things in bulk and I've never had this problem before. The room itself was dark, lit by under-sized CFC bulbs. We are in the LED age people! There were enough electrical outlets present. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast starts at 6 which is good, but unfortunately has the same single serve hot food bar that essentially only allows one person at a time to access it. There is a small lobby kiosk with snacks and drinks for purchase. Were I in the area again I would definitely return to this venue, hoping however, that some improvements had been made.
Great hotel with comfortable beds . The front staff was excellent. The only complaint i have is the maids coming and knocking on every door ( you could hear them ) 2 hrs before check out to ask when you are leaving. One would think there is a sheet saying who has checked out already. I was about to get i shower when they come knocking on my door before 10.
Great nights sleep, quick and easy check-in and breakfast is included. How blessed we are to be traveling through our country's backroads and meeting real working class people throughout the journey. I must say that Leslie, the young lady working the breakfast area was so pleasant, welcoming and her warm and friendly smile made our whole stay. Holliday Inn, please reconsider your television channel choice in the lobby, this biased news is divisive and pushes an anti-American sentiment. We decided to have our coffee by the pool without the mainstream media's negativity. Overall we enjoy this Holiday Inn's hospitality and professionalism so much that we chose to stay at Holiday Inn another property while in Charleston the next night, this may have been a mistake and proved to be not quite up to Holiday Inn's standards. See my review of Charleston Holiday Inn. Mostly a corporate failure due to website booking and fine print about reservation changes/fees. I should have read the fine print.
Don't come here if you need to be well rested. Do come here if you're hosting a kids birthday party. Very kid friendly, not so much adult friendly. Probably won't stay here again until I start hosting birthday parties.
My husband and I stopped here while traveling from Savannah to Atlanta. We had planned to drive the entire trip after work, but were so tired that we decided around 9PM to call it a night in Dublin. We stopped here and was in a room in just a few minutes. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was extremely clean, no funny odors, and the bed was very comfy—all things I immediately check when I stay in a hotel. Before we left the next morning, we had a nice breakfast in the lobby. There was a large selection and it is included with your stay. The young lady working the kitchen and maintaining the breakfast bar was very kind and did an excellent job of keeping everything replenished. We would stay here again!
