The room still smelled like a smoking room (registered for a non-smoking room). A couple of bugs greeted us upon arrival. The late-night check-in clerk clearly wanted to be doing something else; the morning clerk was very pleasant. The mattress is ready for retirement.

The hotel was infested with roaches/ water bugs. When we checked in the lady seems like she didnt want to be there and literally just handed us a key without saying anything and walked away. No information about the hotel or where the room was or anything.

The staff were amazing very kind and really cared about your stay. Very quite, safe and clean. The rooms are biger than normal rooms. The pool is clean and well maintained. Its a hiden gem of the property. My grandkids played in the pool everyday! I recommend this hotel to families and someone who just wants to rest without interuptions. Also the air conditioning was amazing! Will return soon.
