The front desk staff and bell men were excellent as always. The concierge always do an amazing job of coordinating tours to the wine country as well as making reservations at local restaurants. This was our 4th stay and we will be back again any time we are in Mendoza.

great place to stay in Mendoza. Disappointing that hotel did not make any effort to accommodate family with children (guests at the hotel) to a Christmas Eve dinner at one of their 3 restaurants.

The outdoor cafe was a perfect spot for lunch. The concierge, Maria, was invaluable in helping us obtain an upgrade on Aerolineas Argentina flight back to BA. The shower door would not fully close in the bath and the toilet kept running.
We were there for the birthday of my husband. The chief-staff we talked to and worked things out was excellent. The normal employees less good. For example I would have preferred that they showed the wine and champagne bottles with their etiquette to our guests.... because I had selected the brands with knowledge and care ... For the reception I gave - Appetizers from the kitchen where excellent! Everything else fine !!!

Mendoza doesn´t have a high-class hotel pool, for that reason the only one that is Park Hyatt, but if you compare with another Hyatt, you will miss some comfort, especially in the details. Nevertheless, it is a good hotel.
