Setting/facility so beautiful . Staff helpful. Room spacious. Used the gym twice and pool was fantastic.

Awesome!! What a beautiful place to stay. I would definitely stay here again

Other than a minor problem with WiFi, this hotel was perfect. A beautiful and relaxing place with very helpful staff, an excellent restaurant and bar. We were too busy sightseeing in the area to take advantage of the pool and spa, but it looked delightful. We celebrated our 31st anniversary here and loved it.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful facilities. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

We stayed in one of the older rooms that had no AC, windows were jammed and they were in the process of upgrading their TV. It was pretty muggy in our room surprisingly considering it rains all the time in Ireland. Although the idea of staying in a castle is pretty cool, the price we paid was a little hefty for a room that didnt feel at all 5-star. We stayed at another castle just prior to going to this one and we felt like royals- from the decor to the rooms with high ceiling to the exceptional service at the drawing room to our spa experience. And that was a 4-star hotel. We expected more from this 5-star hotel but was left disappointed. We still recommend the castle because it is a very clean hotel and staff was super friendly but keep in mind you're paying a lot to stay in the castle but don't expect the rooms to be grandiose. Dinner at the bar tea room opened until 10 which was great but our waiter was not very attentive even though there were only 3 other couples there. I booked an appt for manicure at their spa as well and it wasn't too great of an experience. The staff was nice but the tea didnt have hot water and my manicurist didn't even soak my cuticles before cutting them. I've had many manicures done before and I'd hate to say it, but this was prob one of the worser ones. It doesn't bother me that it is an expensive hotel. But if I'm paying a lot for something, I expect exceptional service and Quality.

First of, the staff was exceptional. They did everything possible to make our stay great. The room was fine, but expected a few things. Tiles were missing in the bathroom, the shower head wouldn't stay on the hook, and the room temperature was all over the place. All in all, a very nice place to stay

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is surrounded by beautiful property, the staff is very attentive and the room was spacious clean and amazing!

Beautiful hotel, friendly attentive staff and a gorgeous location. We booked for one night, wish we had stayed for two so we could have enjoyed the spa (which looked lovely) and spent more time hiking. A definite recommend!

Felt bad that I was only staying here overnight. You could really feel at home here.
