The king size bed was very comfortable. There were extra pillows and different firmness, so a lot of options. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would totally visit again.
The manager and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and run professionally by the manager and staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to Convent Louisiana. Overall outstanding experience, which is not always the case when traveling ! A big thumbs up from me !!
Room was clean breakfast adequate staff very polite did have problem with electricity outage in the morning due to traffic accident
This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, staff is nice and breakfast is great. My only complaint isn't about the hotel. We booked this hotel because it was 10 minutes to our destination. However, the bridge was closed and caused our travel time to increase to about 30 minutes. We were tempted to change hotels but the service was so great that we stayed.
We came to see the bonfires on the levee Christmas eve, and our room was great! However, we were disappointed that no breakfast was served Christmas Day--even a Danish or fruit would have been nice! There were no restraurants open that morning, so we had to forego breakfast.
I elected to stay in a smoking room when a non-smoking was not available. Only someone with an extra sensitive sense of smell could discern that this was a smoking room. The cleaning crew does a good job of making it this way.
Can't say a negative thing about this hotel. It was brand new and great!
