It was what it was. Rooms were clean for the most part, the metal bed frame in our room had a sharp piece sticking out and getting into bed I sliced my foot on it, we moved the mattress over a bit to prevent our daughter from doing the same. Pool was falling apart. Looks like they were updating the shower area but there was chipped paint everywhere, rotting out wood and rusted chair lifts, gooey gunk on the floor by the pool entrance stairs that my daughter accidentally stepped in and we couldn’t tell what it was. We had to ask the front desk to let you into the pool everytime not sure if their key card system was broken or what that was about even though other families were getting in fine from what we saw. Breakfast was average again, things were not stocked like the coffee cups or even food even though there were workers around they just weren’t checking. Staff was friendly just not attentive. Wouldn’t recommend or use this facility again for the price we paid.

Not as happy, as past visits.

Not so good. Checkin was great. We stayed in the side by the front desk. It definitely needs renovated. We were missing a lounge chair. The only chair was at the desk. There was a big open area, but no chair or end table. I felt like we were in a grade school…the toilet was very low. The faucet would shut off, if the handle wasn’t turned completely on. Check out this morning was not so good. There was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that the desk attendant was helping another guest. We were to dial “0” for help. The first time, someone actually answered and they said someone would be right there. After five minutes we called again. The phone just kept ringing. We could hear someone talking in the office. We tried calling “0” twice and after no response, we left the key cards (as we noticed we had already been charged for our 3-night stay) and left, as we had an appointment. Needless to say, after staying there whenever we were in town, we are so glad we have other hotel choices. We have heard that about 30 rooms have been renovated. It would have been nice to know this. It’s probably time to renovate the rest of the rooms.

The ring inside the toilet was covered in mold, a pacifier fell out of towels we were handed by a staff member, the couch with the pullout bed didn’t have a sheet for the mattress nor the extra blankets to accommodate the amount of guests we had. Staff children were running the halls. Staff was very rude.

Very nice rooms, good breakfast and good pool area. Burnt out light bulb and didn’t seems to have spares had to get from another room. and tv remote didn’t work and they had a hard time finding another one that worked.

Room was not ready when we arrived. So we had to downgrade from our jacuzzi suite to get ready for a wedding in an hour. There was mold on the shower head and the toilet seat appeared to have bites taken out of it. The only door our key worked on was our room. Not the side door, not the pool door, but just our room.... wouldn't stay again if they paid me to.

Not the worst.

Well where should I start. We pull up to the front door to go check in and one of the workers is sitting on the bench outside smoking some skunk weed. (About 20 ft away from the door) So we get inside and they check us in. (Staff was friendly) We walk to our room only 1 outlet worked room felt like it was a rainforest with humidity. So we set the temp on the air conditioner room and the room starts to feel a little better. Then my wife starts to get ready for a night out with friends. The shower head moves in and out of the wall about 6 inches as you turn on the water. Long story short this place needs to have a complete remodel and deep cleaning.

Could do better

The pool was COLD, the hot tub was luke warm at best and both were in need of a good cleaning. Fire alarms went off twice in middle of night & front desk gal didn’t seem concerned & was annoyed when I wanted her to verify it was a malfunction before we returned to our room on the 3rd floor. Seems this is a common occurrence as even the firemen were unconcerned. We only ate breakfast there one morning as were visiting family & went out with them, but it was a good hot breakfast.
