Filthy and disgusting!

The freezer was frozen over to the point the door would not shut. There was mold in the bathroom. The tub was filthy. The shower did not work. I could not get the shower to turn on. The handle just spun all the way around multiple times.

Worst stay at a hotel

I am not typically one to complain about many service things, as I have worked many service based jobs over the years. The lady at the front desk was kind when we asked to move rooms the first time and checked this room for cleanliness before moving us to this room, and as you can see it’s still very dirty. The first room we were in was much worse, but I didn’t think I’d need to take photos since she was moving us anyway. As someone who has worked similar jobs, I don’t understand how this room passed any kind of inspection. The lights in the room barely worked, and everything was questionably clean at best. There were dirty toilets with pee on them, alive spiders with webs everywhere, I found a wolf spider on my pillow in the second room and the web in the window is also from the second room she had inspected. It’s unacceptable to inspect this room and say it’s clean. It was very late at night and we were both very tired, and decided to just stay in the room as we had a wedding the next day and didn’t want to keep moving rooms. I’ve booked many hotels over the years, and I’ve never been so disappointed in a room.

This inn has seen better days.

The hotel was quiet and the mattress comfy so we slept well. However, the faucet had a steady drip so water was being wasted, the curtain pull was on the floor, and the toilet needed a good scrubbing. Also, when I used my hair dryer the vanity lights flickered constantly. The outside of the hotel needed trimming as weeds have overtaken, almost to the point we weren’t sure it was open for business when we first drove in. We have stayed here several times in the past and were shocked at how much it has gone downhill. Next time we will choose a competitor even though it will cost more.

Toilet needs cleaning or replacement. It had orange (rust?) stains. Toilet also ran periodically (wasting water) like flapper needed to be replaced (we informed staff). A large circular patch of carpet was cut out. Outside landscaping needs attention-many weeds along the anrea beneath windows. Overall, hotel could use some updating. Staff, especially lady who did breakfast, was friendly and helpful.

Shampoo and conditioner were completely out. Mold on the pool, a/c was sooo loud, key didn’t work twice, huge stain on one of the beds comforter, carpet had holes in it, toilet was dirty, and phone in the room didn’t work. Spider webs and weeds all over on outside. Would never stay here again.

It was dirty and the property outside not maintained at all. Spiders and webs, cigarette butts, table dirty, sidewalk and parking lot dirty. Room keys for my friend had to be redone two times and she had to ask for shampoo. My bottle was under the sink and not in the required station. No hot tub, pool had mold around the edges, guest bathrooms by the pool were disgusting. The hallways smelled and the carpets need to be replaced or at least cleaned. Will not stay again. Costs more at Holiday Inn but it’s a better experience.
