The girl that was working the desk was on her phone every time we saw her she was watching judge Judy on her phone and acted like we were interrupting her. Her attitude was rude!!!! Even when we checked out.

We got there and were greeted by a sign on the door saying television service was being swapped out. [All the equipment was in the hallway near each door.] No mention of this was made when I made the reservation. Had it been, we may have opted for a for a different hotel. I imagine that is why no mention was made. While the service was installed by about 7:30 (we arrived about 4pm) it was an unwelcome experience. Neither the bed nor the pillows were all that comfortable either. Waffle makers were great but eggs and sausage were pretty bad. We simply do not feel the stay was worth what we paid. I will say...the place was clean. That was nice.
