Excellent hotel, ambience and perfect room. The best time always is in Tikri restaurant. Chef Johny Debre is very courteous and having breakfast with his offering is an experience.

I had a very short stay - 1 night only, despite this short time the stay was very pleasant and refreshing. Their restaurant was open late and served really good food, their breakfast was also very good. The staff were very very helpful and cheerful. I needed help getting directions and some other clarifications and they helped no matter how many times I asked. The check-out was simple and easy, not time consuming at all. The room was great, had all that I needed, didn't even need my travel adapter as the sockets accepted all types. Shower was great, good hot water. Very clean. Awesome place to stay if you need to be in and out quick!

Excellent hotel, first class experience. I availed their butler service to pack my suitcase and they were highly efficient and it was packed beautifully. The breakfast was hugely enjoyable, partly buffet with fruit yogurts, pastries etc. They then offer an a la carte menu where you can order anything you like. It’s all fresh and cooked to order. Pool and spa facilities are available between the Oberoi and the Trident- the neighbouring hotel. Overall a fabulous experience and an oasis of calm from the chaos of Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it as a top hotel choice.
