It was very clean. The staff was pleasant and ready to serve.

Someone dirty socks were under the bed house keeping forgot to check there

No water for 8 hours, and then the power also went out. Manager was rude, said the water issue wasn’t his fault, and only offered 15% off.

close to businesses we were visiting and good access to highways, restaurants etc

Wayyyyyyyyyyy better than the Econolodge across the street.

The kitchen counter was dirty, one of the rolling computer chairs had some white stuff on the seat part and the back of the chair.

This hotel is in a nice business area and I love this chain so it seemed like a good fit. Unfortunately, when I walked in it reeked of cigarettes, especially the garbage can. They need to enforce their policy on smoking in rooms better. It also looked like the housekeeping skimps when they can. The room didn't look thoroughly maintained. Leftover wrappers from prior guest in kitchen and a empty toilet paper roll in bathroom. The check in lasted longer than I'd like, about 4 people in front of me, I only saw one staff member the entire time and he was saying how he's the only one, blah, blah, blah, and asked me to bring my utensil Tupperware case back to him when I was done setting up my kitchen items. I get he was overwhelmed, but at the same time a guest shouldn't have to go out their way for staff!

I've stayed here a few times and have been happy every time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and I would stay again. Kathy at the front desk is awesome! I'm never bothered by other guests which is always a plus.

Really enjoy this hotel! Very peaceful and calm. I've been there about 4 Times now and every time I go there, the staff is friendly.

This is a very nice and relaxing hotel. The area is calm and peaceful. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean. Nice price too!

Loved the convenience to the highway. ..breakfast was good

We hadn't stayed here before, but were welcomed. Staff was polite and helpful. The room was nice, and would be perfect to use for a long stay, with refrig/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, etc..(We were only staying overnight for a wedding.) We plan on looking for another "Extended Stay America" when we travel.

I have nothing good to say dirty loud ditry......staff looks Unhappy to have to work there even.

Not very clean hallways so dirty they are scary no ice machines no extras what so ever. Towels and bedding cheap and rough. Room size very good some updates in rooms more needed. Did not want to spend any time in room. I know you get what you pay for but think no matter what facility could be maintsined better. Would not return EVER

When I checked in I got a call asking if the room was sufficient. I thought the room was clean and large. Perfect stay.

Not bad for the money, love the new look and comfortable bed, pillows, and comforter.

We needed a place to stay while in town visiting a relative and to take care of family business. We travelled with an elderly family member and a dog which is never easy. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Having the kitchenette helped keep meal costs down. Not luxury, but the friendliness of the staff was appreciated by our dog who received cookies at the front desk!
