One of the worst places I’ve ever been. I have switched three rooms and gave up then. The first room, the door didn’t unlock. The 2nd, the tv didn’t work. The 3rd, the bed is literally broken. All the rooms smell bad. The customer service is zero. I asked for bathroom set like towels and shampoo. The front desk told me to go get them from the laundry room. When I went there, the servant told me to go back bring her the dirty ones, so I told her that I pay you here to serve me, not to work for you, I mean the hotel as all not the servants only. This hotel is going down so bad, as it wasn’t like this before.

Some of the rooms keys do not work. The rooms are poorly maintained and cleaned.

I arrived late in the evening, found that everything around is closed and barred up at 10PM, Check in was smooth then I drove around back to park near my room and the place was crawling with hood-rats doing all kinds of shady things. I locked myself in my room and didn't come out until daylight. I didn't feel at all safe at this hotel.

It’s convenient to shopping and the freeway. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave. The room wasn’t cleaned up every day. The cleaning person came to early and there’s no door tags for do not disturb.

If you just need a safe place to sleep, this is a great value

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There where a bunch of people hanging out all night and talking right outside of rooms. Looks like local hang out.

The TV was bad and for quite some time did not work. Lighting was bad. Nowhere hangers to find.

No privacy, need some improvement, need security cameras, need tinted windows for rooms so people passing by they don't see you in bed,and need to replace broken button for the shower, sink,tv.

First room smelled like smoke and the smoke detector battery was sounding. Next room had a bath tube that looked like it was rotting.

Hotel over booked made reservations for two bedrooms two doubles and ended up with two bedrooms one single and one of the singles was nasty and dirty

Too small, too many weird people standing outside.

Broken air conditioner, broken safe, loud bathroom fan, dirty room, etc

Not only was I charged for my room, but an additional $176 (equal to my cost for the three days that I stayed) was frozen from my account until 2days after I checked out. I should have been notified that this was going to happen!!! Also on two separate occasions. We left our room and upon our return or keys did not work. I am a Sergeant in the US Army and this hotel was recommended through a military site. I have already contacted them about my experience. I will never stay ina Red Roof Inn.

My room was open when i arrived. Didn't need the key to access room. Had to slowly enter to make sure no one was hiding inside. Not a good way to start the night after a long day at work. Heat was completely off and took 2 hours to return to normal. Since it was so late when I arrived I just dealt with it instead of complaining or asking for a different room. My thought was if I did ask for another room, the heat would probably be off in all the rooms, maybe saving on costs? Anyways I was tired and only would be there 6 hours or so. I would never stay here again, and I really like the Red Roof Inn's. They're usually dependable, clean, and safe. Also there was 2 burnout type people standing outside their door next to me as i walked up. Staring at me and smoking joints on the balcony. Nice touch! My other stays at all other Red Roof properties have been fantastic, and I just hope the next time power goes out I get into one of their other properties, cause if I don't, I think i'd rather just take my chances sleeping in my Jeep.

It was fine the room clean up people are rude they have always been rude

Location is convenient but room is average Room is small but good value for money
