The Kinglsey was a great close to home option when we were out of power. The room was clean, the beds were cozy, and pool/hot tub was a great way to wind down after a couple stressful days! Zalman's cafe on site was a huge bonus for an evening snack and really good breakfast/coffee in the morning! All the staff throughout the hotel was extremely nice and welcoming. Would stay again if needed!
The employees all of them, starting with the managers and ending with the servers in the restaurant. They are all welcoming and cheerful!

It's in a lovely area. Staff were very welcoming. Deli anda seafood restaurant in facility. Didn't like the parking in the back of the building and the side entrance from the parking was always open - no security

Okey at best. 1- Was given keys to the wrong room. 2- room not cleaned although we asked a couple of times 3- asked for comforter, got a wet comforter.
The rooms were nice and the bathrooms were big. The remodel of the hotel was beautiful.
The alarm went off in the middle of the night and woke us all up.
