Check in was pleasant. Hotel was spotless! Beautiful ambiance! Although the sheets were clean, there were signs of stains and the fitted sheet was ripped. Bed was a very firm mattress and pillows were very flat. Attached restaurant was very neat decor and vibe and the food was delicious! My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub at 745 am. Great place for families!

This hotel feels like it is being neglected. rust on the floors at the ice machines, dirty lounge chairs and unkept elevators and bathrooms that are very different from when it first opened. Lots and lots of kids and pet dogs barking and running up and down the halls and taking over the pool and hot tub.

The rooms and hotel are very clean and nicely decorated. There are beautiful art pieces and paintings throughout the hotel making it a beautiful background for selfies and family pics. The restaurants are very nice with delicious food, especially Joe Muers Restaurant! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay especially Jalen at the front desk, he checked on us everyday via text message to make sure we were happy with our room etc. We will definitely be back.

The layout of the hotel makes it very difficult to maneuver, as the lone elevator is down several hallways from the lobby and not well marked. Additionally, having no microwave in the rooms is detrimental. The parking situation also needs improvement as many dpaces close to the hotel are taken up by restaurant patrons.
