The hotel room smelled like urine. But you get what you pay for.

Holes in the wall, toilet didn't flush, no top sheet and when we asked for one they said they do not put top sheets on at all, the cover had burn holes all over it, sketchy stains on the floor, room smelled horrible. Ended up going to JCP to get blanket so at least we felt we were not being covered with something else some other naked person was being covered up by. Sprayed the room with cologne to mask the smell.

The price was great, the room was clan enough, but staff was the pits. We asked for a flat sheet because there was none on the bed. My boyfriend was told to check some other rooms for a sheet how silly but when he found one it smelled like somke. Will not be going back

The room was smelly, no comforter on the bed, ceiling had water spots where there was leaking. This stay was the worse I have ever had in my life. Do not stay here.

the rooms were very old and very tight . but to be honest the restrooms were renew and very good

I got a jacuzzi king suite for valentine's day to surprise my boyfriend. The room however did not have a minifridge, nor an alarm clock, nor did it have very many (or very big) towels. The lobby people were mostly nice but did gripe about me not being 21 yet, I mean I only have one month and seriously I have money so why complain? In all it was satisfactory, it ended up being a pretty romantic evening even if they drunks a couple rooms down were loud and obnoxious.

We stayed at the Victory Inn during a family reunion. Our room was not cleaned in the four days that we stayed. Our beds were not made, towels were never exchanged, no amenities were refreshed, and we had to go to the office to request more toilet paper! The floor was dirty and when my daughter walked across it with her bare feet to get into the bathtub there were black marks in the bottom of the tub. [...]

it was a nice place to stay-2 blocks from a mall, close to many food places. breakfast is only donuts and oj. wonderful staff.

i thought i saw insects in the room...the Motel had monthly tenants

Orbitz gave this motel 3 stars. I don't understand how that's possibly. It's very old, very much a motor inn out of the 40s or 50s. The room was well painted, and house-keeping was good, but I couldn't get over the feeling that it was old. There was no towel rack or hanger in around the wash basin; it's spring so the pool wasn't open, but it is very small. The motel phone service did not work well. I repeatedly called the motel while I was on the road, and no on answered. When I told that to the clerk, he said he hear the phone ring, picked up, said "Hello," and got no answer. My phone worked for all other calls. When I received a call on the motel phone in my room, the phone repeatedly cut off the caller. I'm sure this is all fixed, but for two days, at least, the phone service was bad. On the positive side, the typical bagel or English muffin plus juice and coffee "continental breakfast" was supplemented with Krispy Kream donuts. Not good for me, but good. And the coffee was surprisingly good. Lastly, the Orbitz lowest price was $7.00 more than the lowest price at the motel. Because I had pre-paid with Orbitz, there was no way for me to obtain the lower price. Is that a standard Orbitz policy? It think it's misleading. Furthermore, judging by the outside of some nearby hotels, far newer than the Victory Inn, the price Orbitz got for the Victory Inn was high by neighborhood standards. All in all, the three star rating and the higher rate from Orbitz has soured me on Orbitz. I will hesitate to book through your service in the future.

was there for a funeral. and doesn't have a fitness center.

A Victory Inn Roseville was very fairly priced and the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Although we only stayed the one night, the room was comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was close to this location. I would definitely stay here again!!!
