Cons: • The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and disorganized across multiple departments. Basic requests feel like an inconvenience to them. • There is no weekly room service, and even when you request it, it rarely happens. • Fresh towels and bedding are not delivered in a timely manner, sometimes not at all unless you repeatedly follow up. • Restaurant service is slow, inattentive, and often rude, which ruins the otherwise good food. • The beachfront is dirty, poorly maintained, and essentially unusable, which is disappointing for a Caribbean resort. • The resort adds unauthorized charges to your credit card, with no explanation. You have to constantly monitor your account and dispute charges, which is stressful and unacceptable."
