Checked in and the hall was filthy. Dirt and clearly hadn't been mopped in who knows how long. Our room floor was dirty with sand, and someone's toenails. Trying calling numerous times and no answer at any extension except in room dining. They stated they would transfer us numerous times and just continued to hang up. Went to the front desk and asked them to clean the room. After that we received 2 towels one day and no room cleaned the day after. Tried calling and speaking to anyone but absolutely no answer. A glass outside of someone's room was there for three days. Absolute neglect or care here. For the price and it being a Westin we were clearly disappointed and will no longer be staying at their hotel "resorts."

beautiful views! loved the swim up bar and adult pools! wish it was a little more walkable, instead of taxing everywhere but they made it very easy to get taxi. food was okay

The Westin is best place to stay in the island ! Lots to do between them and Buoy Haus next door. Beach is small so have to get up 7 am to reserve chairs vanishing edge pools nice, and sugar fin and Isla blue best choice restaurants . Amazing views

It felt as the hotel was understaffed because we saw that all workers were working l long shifts and many hours. The overworked staff, sometimes iwould be unfriendly as a result.Definitely not keeping the places as clean as I would’ve expected for a Marriott. Lack of towels, limited menus, only snacks available in the store. The tourists and activities Director Kyra was amazing, and the opportunities for that was exceptional. Front desk was very friendly and accommodated us for a late check out due to our flight situation.

The overall service level needs to improve in terms of the restaurant staff. The concierge service was lacking; limited help and often not there. There were days when there was no bar service at the pools.
