The room was could have been cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and the shower needed a proper scrubbing. The AC in the room didn't really cool properly. Overall it was an okay experience.

The facility is very nice. Our Ocean view as partially blocked by a roof parapit as we were on the 4th floor / lobby floor with the room we were provided. I would have like to change that. The images on Orbitz and the resort website show a beach front for the Westin, but it is actually over at Buoy House, their sister property, which is also nice, and you have access to it, but you are not allowed to use the pools at Buoy House. The Westin is very nice, and the views are as well, but if you are looking for an experience where you can have the beach/ocean and pool experience right next to them, and not have to go up several flights of stairs or elevator to get to the Westin pool, just know that this resort does not have that though their pictures on Orbitz or their website make it appear they do.

The Westin was beautiful. The staff was pleasant and great. The amenities were nice, with 3 pool options. Definitely recommend

Hurricane Erin hit the day we were traveling there. American Airlines cancelled our flight Saturday and Sunday then preceded to tell us the next flight was Thursday. The hotel told Expedia they would refund our money. It was our 30th anniversary. They lied nor did they offer solution or credit for another time. So disappointing. I won’t book here again nor use Expedia.
