"The room was fine, but the service was not. The staff came across as unfriendly, and the manager was outright passive-aggressive.
I booked this hotel specifically because it’s advertised as pet-friendly, yet there was no mention of a $60 pet fee when I made the reservation. When I questioned it, the manager’s response was that other hotels charge $100—which completely misses the point. Be upfront about your fees.
To make matters worse, there was a leak in my room. When I reported it, I was told it was coming from the third floor and that I could move rooms. By that point, it was highly inconvenient, and no real effort was made to resolve the situation or accommodate me.
Overall, not a great experience. Transparency and basic customer service were lacking."
