"I was given the incorrect key to my room on the 4th floor I rang reception from my phone for them to let me in the room whilst they sorted the correct key, after over an hour or waiting for them to bring me a room key I went to ask reception to be told were sorting it, not really very good customer service. I eventually got a room key over 2 hours later.
To top it a huge cobweb on the ceiling and no mirror in the bedroom only mirror available was in the bathroom which is no where near a plug socket for using with a hairdryer etc.
After me mentioning at reception on check out i got a ridiculous answer of the room is probably too small for a mirror...."
