The first floor includes two King Suites with private bathrooms, including a gorgeous primary suite with double vanities, a large jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private water closet. Upstairs, guests will find additional King bedrooms and another King Suite, along with the show-stopping bunk room featuring two sets of Queen-over-Queen custom bunks, a lounge area, and a flat-screen TV. Southbound is the perfect house for a group vacation! The high ceilings and beautiful kitchen amaze you as you walk in. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds, TV's, and cool beach decor. We sat in the hot tub everyday while kids played in the pool. Both were heated. The electric 6 seat golf cart ensured we were riding in style. The entire house was clean and felt like our home away from home. The Destiny East amenities added an extra layer of comfort knowing the kids could bike, play, and explore all without us leaving the neighborhood. You can't go wrong staying at Southbound. -Willie

Absolutely beautiful property, our first time staying in a home as opposed to a condo as our family grows. The house is gorgeous and honestly could have stayed there and skipped the beach there was so much to do. Well maintained property especially the kitchen we planned to go out to dinner but instead opted to cook, and enjoy the pool. The kitchen amenities had top notch amenities and everything we needed. Love the big center island! Wish I could have stayed longer. Beach Reunion responded to all my questions almost immediately. So glad I opted for a home with pool as with a 17th month old it made it hard to stay on the beach all day. It was so peaceful and relaxing I think I may have actually convinced my husband that we need a pool! -Josephine

*Additional Beach Chairs: 2 canvas beach chairs and 1 umbrella are at the home for guest use. (Located on a stand outside the home, please return them to the stand when not in use and do not leave them at the beach)



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. * Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.
