The location of this condo is perfect for listening to the waves and watching dolphins, all while sitting out on the beautiful, covered balcony. You can even experience these breathtaking gulf views while preparing dinner or just relaxing on the couch watching your favorite shows. Step out the front entrance and walk down only 1 flight of stairs to get to your car, outdoor grills or the short path to the pool or the beach!

This 1-bedroom beachside beauty offers two comfy queen beds in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room…perfect for a couple, small family, or a girl’s weekend getaway. The bedroom and living room both have Smart TVs with upgraded TV movie package for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal with the fresh seafood you may catch fishing right off the beach at Holiday Surf!

Don’t worry about hauling chairs and an umbrella down to the beach. This condo provides 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (March-October).
