Property Great - Property Mgmt Team UGH!

Overall our stay was good, the property was clean, well kept and in a great location. Plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, the property management company went from mid level to downright awful. They violated our privacy not just once, but twice and minor children were involved. I communicated with them prior and made it perfectly clear that they were NOT to send anyone to the property while minor children were there or while we were there. After agreeing to wait and honor the request, they disregarded it totally and did what they wanted. Went back and forth with them over the remaining days of our stay as well as for almost 10 days after our stay. They said they were willing to work with us to resolve the issue, but they did not. They refunded $138.99 for the Accidental Damage Waiver, not sure what that has to do with violating our privacy but that's all they were willing to do. Again, the property was really good, but would definitely recommend the owner do some research for a new management company.

Girls trip!

We had a great time! Plenty of room for 12 girls! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Only thing we really needed that we didn't have was baking sheets! LOL. We had to go out and get disposable ones for any baking needs. We ate a lot at the house so it was definitely needed.

Cleanliness

The furniture was very dirty and badly stained - I would not allow my family to use the couch and chair until we found sheets to cover the entire surface, ( there was only one set of extra sheets to do this with- good thing we didn't need them for a bed). The cushions at the dining room table are also stained and need replaced! There was not a broom or dust pan to sweep the hard surface floors with during our stay. This would have been very helpful during a stay near the beach.

Great family rental

Overall we loved this house, it was perfect for us. We had 7 adults and 6 kids. It fit us all comfortably. It has all the essentials we needed. The pool was a super short walk and really nice. The only downfall that I didn’t realize before booking was that this HOA does not allow golf carts (it says this in the listing hence why I didnt take off stars for this) but had I paid more attention I probably wouldnt have booked for that reason. Getting to the beach with lots of kids and all the beach must haves was a little harder but none the less we made it happen and had a great time!

BACH TRIP

We stayed at Sea Salt for a bachelorette trip with a group of 8. There was more than enough space for everyone and the overall community is so quiet, peaceful. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk which wasn’t bad. It’s also located in a convenient place for anything you’d need!! Highly recommend.

Perfect girls getaway!

We loved sea salt! It hosted our group so comfortably and had plenty of beds for everyone. There was a total of 9 of us on the trip. One recommendation to the owners is to update the pillows and spot clean the couch. Other than that everything was 10/10! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing 👏

Loved our stay at this property. I perfectly suited myself, my husband, our two kids, my mom, my dad, and two of my teenage siblings. It would be nice if this property had a golf cart and some beach chairs. Also, there were clumps of hair in the sheets and sand when we arrived. The temp through the house was finicky at first but we figured it out and had a WONDERFUL vacation.

Family trip

The space was accurately described and fit the purposes for our stay. The pool area was beautiful. The walk to the beach was acceptable, just a short three blocks. The biggest issue that we had was the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, I had to wash some spots off the wall in the bathroom. My family member had to sleep on the pull out sofa. When they pulled it out the first night, under the cushions were full of candy and snack wrappers. The beds were very comfortable, however, I would definitely recommend bringing Your own pillow. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

The house was as advertised. My wife said the cleaning crew must have gotten distracted as the unit was not as clean or as well stocked in paper towels, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper as most units we have rented in the past.

Solid choice for Destin Vacation

This was a quality property that had everything we needed for a two-family vacation. There was plenty of room for the kids to play without bothering the adults. Beds were comfortable. Location was close enough to the beach to tempt us walking, but we ended up driving down to the closest public parking lot. Pool at the facility was too cold for our group's comfort, but that could be because we went the day after it rained. If staying at this house for more than a few days you'll need to make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. We ran out of the supplied items well before the end of our 7-night stay. Communication with property management was very quick.

Nice Property

The property was really nice with a great location, however the cleaners did a poor job cleaning the property. They took only 1 hour to clean the entire property which is not a sufficient amount of time to effectively clean such a large space. Make sure you bring tissue, paper towel, and items of that nature.

Good location, wish we had some umbrellas for the beach and clean carpets with clean washer machine

Great home for two couples ( two full masters ) and their kids, friends, etc .The sofá bed upstairs was not very confortable for two only one teenager or small kid may be ok. The carpet in the bedrooms are very dirty. The washer machine has some bad smell of mold, so everything you wash will smell like mold. Kitchen is very nice and big and has most of the important stuff to cook, good heated and air conditioning system, bathrooms are big and clean. We left a nice surfing board for future guess, but we wish they have some umbrellas for trips to the beach. The swimming pool was great
