Welcome to this charming three-bedroom, three-bathroom beach cottage just steps away from the sand and surf. This inviting home is perfect for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation.
As you enter the cottage, you are greeted by an endearing front porch with comfortable seating and coastal-inspired décor. Step inside, and you’ll find yourself in the cozy living room.
No pets allowed per our community rules

The cottage features three bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beach-inspired décor, comfortable bedding, and storage space. Need a little more room? The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Also, take the elevator down to the newest addition to home game/bunk room. Bottom bed is a King bed and top bunk is a full size mattress. We do have a sleeper couch down there as well.

Our association only allows passenger vehicles in property. All motor homes, recreational vehicles, boats and watercraft, trailers and/or commercial vehicles must be stored elsewhere. For a list of storage options please ask and we can provide a list you can contact for details and pricing.

Please note, we will under all circumstances follow our stated cancellation policies. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

This property is located within the picturesque Destin Pointe, a sought-after gated community located on the beautiful peninsula of Holiday Isle. The community is enveloped by both the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor, providing breathtaking views and a serene ambiance.

Destin Pointe boasts an impressive 3,000 feet of pristine white sand beaches, offering ample opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and various water activities. The community also features walking paths with easy access to many dining, shopping, and activity options, including the Harborwalk Village.

In addition to its prime location, Destin Pointe offers a wide array of exceptional amenities. There are two seasonally heated pools, two hot tubs, a BBQ grilling area, as well as tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and two beach access points.

We do have lawn care and pest control services done by Bryan Pest Control that will need access to the outside lawn and spraying of exterior. To control the critters coming into home, the inside will need to be sprayed from time to time.
