Pelican Beach offers the dream vacation with BEST views, sand and sea in the area at 5 minute drive from heart of Destin, Harborwalk Village and across Big Kahuna Water & Adventure Park.


This condo features;

* Living room with access to balcony has 55" HD Smart TV and dining area for 4 plus 2 bar stools
* Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" Smart TV, direct door to master bathroom
* Hallway has bunk beds for sleeping 2. 2nd bathroom is accessed from hallway
* Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed
* HD Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels) and high speed Wi-Fi

HOUSE AND RESORT RULES


- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for occupancy of 4 including children/infants and extra person fees will apply per night er person if occupancy is increased over 4 after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

We are the Colasan family. I am a scuba instructor, vintage car collector, frequent traveler. Father to 2 sons. Love travelling with family. Destin has always been our favorite destination with its tranquility, great beaches and clear waters. That is why we have now our 5 condos to offer to you and some more that we manage personally, with our service and attention

Such a great stay again at Pelican Beach Resort. Location is central to everything you might want to do. We were not happy with the 4 rows of rental beach chair/umbrellas that completely blocked the view of the water. We were also unable to put our beach chairs near the water so we could see and enjoy the view. We were only allowed to sit on a towel in front of the rentals. We enjoyed the condo and view from the condo but would not consider staying again unless the beach chair rental situation changed.

Perfect Small Family Getaway!

Our first visit to the Destin area could not have went any better. The information provided ahead of time by the owner was very helpful. We were able to make it to Destin a few hours early, and were easily able to take advantage of the early check in. Definitely take advantage of the beach chair and umbrella rental. Buy doing so ahead of time we were able to be on the front row on the beach. The condo was clean and very well kept. My two daughters and Mom loved everything about our trip! Looking forward to coming back!

The condo was very clean and bed was comfortable. Balcony view was perfect - 3rd floor facing the ocean! The large pool had plenty of seating and was shaded by the building in the afternoon- which was great for us! Jacuzzi was available as well. Cafe & tiki hut was well situated and had great food and drinks! Servers took orders from the pool and beach front areas. Condo had kitchen with everything we needed and 2 full bathrooms- and was very well furnished. It was located centrally, close to many activities and restaurants. Yavuz communicated the process very well throughout, we had no problems or needs. Thank you for a great stay!
