This beautiful and renovated second story four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo sits directly on the Gulf, offering stunning views of the Emerald Coast and 1,100 feet of private white sandy beaches. Enjoy the Destin lifestyle in comfort and luxury, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular views.
The condo is equipped with a full kitchen that includes modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area provides seating for four guests; additional seating is available at the kitchen island.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an entrance to the private balcony, and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an entrance to the private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. This was the very thing we all needed. i had family from Texas that had never travelled out of state before and that had never been to a beach and this place was amazing. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures, private beach was gorgeous and all the extras of things to do and the location made it even better!

Great views!

This is our third year staying in this property. We absolutely love the view and proximity to the beach (a short 50 yard walk). It is always clean and well maintained. Sand Piper Cove is right in the thick of Destin, short drive to anywhere.

Lovely Beachfront Property

This was a beautiful property with beach views from two large windows, and a large balcony. Very short and easy walk to the beach where chairs and umbrella were waiting. Rooms were very roomy and comfortable. We had a few minor issues pop up, and the managers handled them immediately! We all loved our stay and look forward to relaxing here again!

the condo location was right on the beach, beautiful views from all of the windows. The management was great, the only thing I was dissapointed in was the 4th bedroom. it was a closet converted into a bedroom, extremely small room with twin bunkbeds. We had 5 adults, 2 sharing a room and the 4th bedroom is good for children, but adults have no privacy, there was a porthole in the door with no glass. the overall experience was great, just wish I had known the 4th room was that small, we probably would have rented a different place.

Spring Break Family Trip

This is a great property for families, especially if you have younger children. While you’ll appreciate being beach front with the views, the close proximity of steps away makes getting there with small children super easy. The property was clean and the checkin process seamless. You are just down the street from the Destin Boardwalk and other activities. The only cons on the property were the washer/dryer seem to be end of life and need replaced. A standard size load had to be dried 3-4 times (3-4+ hrs) and the refrigerator drawers were not aligned properly to open and close easily despite many attempts to get them on track.

The appearance was a little dated but should be expected due to the constant beating from being so close to the ocean. Then seeing that you are actually on the 3rd floor and the amount of stairs. But it is easily forgettable when you open the door. The condo fit us perfectly. It was comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for everyone. The rental staff was easily accessible by text and responded quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed this past weekend for a 4 day girls’ trip. The place is beautiful and has the most stunning ocean views. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, one of the two A/C units was broken. I reached out to the owner and they immediately responded and sent someone to look at the unit. It was not fixable on a Friday afternoon so they made an attempt to help us by getting someone to come install a portable AC window unit. That certainly helped to cool off half of the unit. The front two bedrooms were hot at night though and they made it right by compensating us with extra time and a very late checkout on our last day since they had no one arriving that evening. They were very responsive and did the best they could with a tough situation and it was very much appreciated!

Three of the bedrooms are a nice size. The bunkroom is a little small, but perfect for children. Beach access is easy and close. It was nice having the beach set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included. For information, The Sandpiper Cove beach only allows umbrellas - no canopies or tents. There was 1 umbrella at the condo that we used. We took advantage of a couple of the free activities. Xplorie was easy to work with to set up the free activities. Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals was great to work with. They were easy to communicate with by phone, email, or text and were quick to respond to questions. Overall, it was a fabulous vacation! We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

At first, I thought that Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals were less communicative than the previous rental company. However, after we discovered a AC leak in bunk room, they were extremely responsive. The Sandpiper maintenence crew showed up 5 min after I called DPVR. They were able to discern the problem and atop the leak. DPVR had a technician at property the next day to fix the problem. We didn't need to be at the property while the problem was fixed. We were able to enjoy our time on the Emerald Coast!
