The property met or exceeded our expectations.There was enough room for our adult children and grandchildren to have time together and alone. The pool between the house and bunk house was a hit. The properties location so close to the beach made many trips back and forth with children easy to navigate. I did expect there to be more games, pool toys, and such for a place advertised as family friendly.

great place!

We love this place. It's perfect for our family. It was much more expensive this year so not sure we'll be back which is unfortunate. And, fortunately we were there later than usual for us because I could not pay an extra 784 to heat the pool. It is a wonderful home.

Great location!

As a whole, we had a great experience! Everything matched the pictures and the communication was great. There were some issues initially with the pool heater working. However, the property manager had someone out the next day to get it working again. Overall I would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Location-Beautiful House

Our week here was fabulous. The location was perfect for our group of 10 seventy year old ladies! The main house with the additional 2 bedroom carriage house was a bonus. Beautiful clean pool (we paid for heating). The views from the front balconies are stunning and there are chairs to sit in and enjoy the warm breezy days and comfortable nights. A few things that really need attention are listed below. For the beauty and cost to rent this house these are minor things that could and should be repaired. There’s no excuse for a property manager to not see and fix these. 1. for a house that advertises capacity of 18 people… why would there only be 5 coffee cups and hardly any flatware?? However there were over 20 sharp knives! Also, the small cheap toaster didn’t toast and was so flimsy. 2. The toilet seats were the wrong size for the toilets and kept sliding. 3. Ceiling fan in main house bunk home broken. There was a portable fan in the closet… but the ceiling one needs to be replaced. It’s advertised as having a ceiling fan, not a floor fan. 4. Bigger rugs should be by the doors. A tiny tattered rug just doesn’t do it when coming in from the pool and beach. 5. The sheets in the main house bunk room didn’t appear to be freshly changed. There was sand on the fitted sheet. Yuck. The occupant slept on the top and used their own pillow and blanket. 6. There was pet fur floating around in various rooms.

We loved everything about the property! The location is fantastic. My only complaint would be the bathroom on the 3rd floor has no counter space, which made getting ready a bit challenging. Other than that, and that was minor, it was a wonderful property!

Super stay

Our family of 5 adult children, their significant others and a grand baby stayed at this location. It was exactly what we expected and needed. This property was perfect for party time for some and quiet time for others. Great experience.

Decent house, poor management

At check in on Sunday, found ceiling leak in carriage house that had obviously been there a while. Someone came to look at it and told us a plumber would come back. Plumber came the next day, said not a plumbing issue, don’t be surprised if ceiling fell in. No call back from mgmt, which continued for two days. Mgmt finally calls back Wednesday with “great news”, it will be fixed Thursday. As we were checking out Friday a.m., I asked them not to come disrupt our last day. Mgmt got extremely rude and angry with me. Our entire stay we had towels in the middle of hallway soaking up dripping water. Another big surprise was the metal spiral staircase in the carriage house, which was not seen in any pictures or talked about in description of house. This made the area inaccessible to over half of our party due to their ages and/or physical disability. We would not have chosen this property if the staircase was known about. Other than these two big things, the house was ok, just showing lots of wear and tear. We will make sure to never use this rental agency again and would definitely not recommend them.

AMAZING property!

This was a perfect house for our large family. Teens/young adults had the separate bunk house on the property which was perfect. The house was spotless and right across the street for the beach access. The public beach was small but we just woke up early and took our chairs down and had no problem. Locals did tell us there was another access down the street that was larger if we needed it but we didn’t even check it out. We were there for the 4th and watched fireworks on the beach. We were centrally located to shopping, good, gas etc. PERFECT for us!

By the Beach

Right across the street from the beach- great pool. Great communication with support. Nice open space to gather as a group. (there were just a few small little details that seemed a little out of place for such a nice property - like poor towels and no ability to dry beach towels in a dryer - ice maker broken) But the place is super nice and the pool layout and set up was a huge hit! And the location was terrific! The place came with 6 beach chairs and a wagon!

Great week

We had a wonderful week. The only comment I would have is the cost associated with heating the pool which is a bit of an overcharge from my perspective. I would add that by accident we packed one of the dish towels which we can return if necessary.

Family Spring Getaway

Great house and perfect location. Easy booking and communication with host/property prior to check in. We didn't have any issues during our stay so there was no need to contact them further. There were a lot of college spring breakers around us so lots of walking traffic by the house/pool. Didn't bother us, but if you were looking for quiet, this is probably not the place for you. My only negative would be that the stairs in both houses were steep. I didn't use the spiral stairs in the carriage house, but my family said they were sketchy, An upgrade opportunity would be to install hand rails on the staircases and in the bathrooms. Overall, great stay!!!!
