One of the best vacation homes I have ever been in. Beautiful, great pool, warm and cozy. The beds was also comfortable.

A very beautiful house,close from the beach with nice heated swimming pool. The decoration of the house is very cute and classic. The all beds are very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this house for the big group for sure.

Awesome place

Sea spray is very nice and was super clean when we got there. The check in process was very easy and it looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely come back and recommend it for everyone.

Home was just as advertised. Close to beach and use of the golf cart was great. It was like having a second car.

Amazing house and location!

We recently stayed at the Seaspray and it was everything we expected and more! The house is absolutely perfect and we were able to accommodate 5 families without feeling on top of each other. The location is beyond perfect! We were walking distance to the beach, a quick golf cart ride to anything we needed or a short uber ride to the harbor area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We traveled with 10 adults and 16 kids (ranging from 11yo-16yo) and not once did anyone complain or say they were bored. We are already talking about trying to go back and stay at the Seaspray! We can’t recommend this stay enough!

Family trip

Everything was just as listed. It had everything we needed. Very clean and plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach . Very close to shopping. The host communicated with us so well we didn't have to check in with questions. We would definitely love definitely love to book again.

Fleeing from Hurricane Milton

I live in the Tampa Bay Area and we were evacuating for a hurricane. I found this listing and it was outside the hurricane projected path. It looked great for my large extended family and we booked it. Todd, the host, was excellent from my first questions through our entire stay. The property is immaculate and in an excellent location. We will definitely be returning.

Great for large families

The home was accurately depicted on the listing - 8 bedrooms with bathroom access from each, balconies, and multiple living spaces. The pool was clean. The home was not cleaned well when we arrived, we found leftover clothing from a previous group on arrival along with some trash, and residue on a few counters and floors in the home. After submitting the issue, the manager promptly had the cleaning service to come out and clean the same day. Otherwise, a great stay and a short walk to the beach!

Should be a 5 but needs attention

Bachlorette trip. House is beautiful, perfect beachy vibe, loved the pool and location is great. House has lots of space, love that each bedroom has bathroom and golf cart was helpful getting to the beach.Primary concern is cleaning and broken kitchen appliances (fridge and coffee pot) and really old pans. The grill and picnic tables had not been cleaned and had barbecue sauce all over them. One of the bunk beds had sand in the sheets and had obviously not been changed between guests and we found a big wad of chewed gum on top bunk bed frame. As soon as we arrived and took our shoes off, all our socks were black from poorly mopped floors. In 9 bathrooms we did not find any hair dryers. I could have overlooked all of that, until the girls captured a roach crawling up the wall and my sister had two dead “stowaways” in her luggage. I can’t in good conscience, give this beautiful house a 5, because better cleaning and bug remediation must be taken care of for future guests.
