Welcome to your family vacation home at Pelican Beach Resort, Destin; with all the conveniences of a direct beach vacation rental.
Your beachfront condo is on 18th floor, optimizes your endless gulf view with the ease of beach access.
With our upgrades, we want our guests to feel like they are staying on their beach home. Your home is in the heart of Destin and just a short distance from The Harbor Walk, directly across the street from The Big Kahuna Water Park.

Condo has 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in a bunk bed setting in the hallway and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 in the living room. Master bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and guest bathroom is in the hallway. Coin/credit card operated washer and dryer are located on every floor, right by the elevator area. We provide pack & play in our units (no mattress or linens provided)

We provide start up supplies of toilet paper, hotel sized soap and shampoo, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry tablet. Beach towels are NOT included.

Both Smart TVs have Cox Ultimate cable package. High speed Wifi in the unit and property grounds.

2 beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are provided for your pleasure in our unit. NOTE: Private sets including ours can only be placed behind 3-5 rental rows. You have an option to rent beach sets if you prefer.

Heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, seasonal beach service, seasonal beach side Tiki Bar, free parking with paid EV chargers, tennis/pickleball courts and outdoor grills are available for your use in the resort.

Kitchen has all the dishes and kitchenware, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (k-cup and drip) and toaster.

Door code and detailed arrival information will be emailed and texted 7 days before check-in.

HOUSERULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private set ups are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not provide beach towel and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Pelican beach REGRET!!...

I was looking forward to my stay in Destin but it was terrible!! Unit was clean but outdated. Unit was advertised as "smoke free" but could smell smoking order upon arrival inside unit. Ice machine was unavailable upon arrival. Amenities could have been known up front (i.e. beach chair rental required for sitting up by the water and was already booked up months in advanced.) Other tenants smoking in at and around property outside of designated area. Other tenants playing loud music at poolside and front desk notified numerous times but no action was taken.Other tenants using pool as a restroom. Front desk took no action whatsoever to complaints. It was suppose to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay but It was NOT! RENTERS BEWARE!!!

Gorgeous View!

We loved our stay at this condo. The 18th floor view was breathtaking. We could spot sting rays and dolphins and amazing sunsets! Enjoyed watching the birds and boats and ocean. The unit was clean and well stocked. The owner was courteous and attentive and in contact when we needed it. He was on top of it! We will be back! :-)

The condo was just as advertised. It is on the 18th floor which is quite high up. My husband is afraid of heights and would not go on balcony but enjoyed the view from the living room. The view of the gulf is stunning and out the front door is a nice view of Destin. The condo was clean and comfortable with a nicely stocked kitchen. Pelican Bay has many amenities and a private beach. Highly reccomend.
