Capital comfort
Loved the hip, loft-like vibe and location of the unit. Great access to everything and perfect spot to chill and watch the sunset. Perfect for a few days to explore DSM on foot or bike.

Great experience!
I stayed at this cozy loft for 5 weeks and loved it! The charming, funky decor caught my attention first. But Jesse’s great communication and willingness to work with me on a long-term rental sealed the deal.
The loft is well-furnished with kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies; and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus. There was plenty of space for 1-2 people (and a small dog). The large TV and availability of streaming services made movies and sporting events easy to access.
I especially loved the location: close to the East Village with all its variety of food and shopping, super easy access to I235 for movement around metro Des Moines, and the huge added bonus of free parking just outside the door. Though close to downtown Des Moines, I felt completely safe walking my dog around the neighborhood.
I would definitely recommend this loft, and would work with Jesse on any of his rentals in the future!

Super cute-would stay again
Not only does it give art gallery with the gallery wall (the online pictures are very accurate) but it has so much greenery which is what sold me!
Very nice, walkable to East Village shops and restaurants. The host Jesse was so responsive to my questions and even helped out with spa recommendations. Would stay again!
