For the lower cost, you can’t be mad. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations which significantly impacts your stay. At 8 or 9 am the handymen began talking and banging outside our door. Thankfully I wasn’t on vacation and attempting to sleep in. The noise disturbed my dog more than myself. The hallways are pretty filthy with trash. As for the room, it was great. The bathroom was highly updated. My only issues in the room were the lack of power outlets specifically near the night stand. The breakfast was interesting and somewhat inedible. Overall, for the price, this hotel was worth it.

This please is terrible and the front dest is so unprofessional. We checked in and found the toiled plugged up, contact the front desk, no one showed up after two hours, I have to go downstairs again to talk to the front desk, because there is no phone in the room. After another hour, some came up and bring me a plunger let me plunge the toilet by my self..... every time trying to talk with the front desk, they always ask you to wait and use another language to communicate between their employees made me uncomfortable. They are under big construction but didn’t mention that when we book it online, power tools still running around 8.45pm local time, rusted niles head up on the hall way everywhere.

As of June 2019, this property was under renovation, an inconvenience. Other than that, very reasonable.

This was place was shit. The hallways were incredibly dirty. It was just third rattail the way around and hotels in Denver all raised their rates because there were so many cancelled flights. This place was a shithole

So the motor was currently in a remodel which is fine and dandy however it was pure chaos inside outside around everywhere and then when we attempted to ask questions or ask for additional pillows we got basically told no they didn’t have enough.. we then had a barking dog in the room next to us that we had asked multiple times for them to deal with they stated that there was nothing that they could do the owners were not in the building and that basically it was our problem

Not great. Undergoing remodel. The hotel was dirty. The blankets on the bed had “crunchy” spots. Gross. The shower knobs were stripped so the water only came on scalding hot. The toilet was not fixed firmly to the floor so it rocked when you sat down and stood up. Overall not good experience.

I was pretty unimpressed. The place could definitely use a more regular cleaning. The clientele during our stay was less tham impressive. Cigarette butts on the floor in the hallways along with other trash should be cleaned up regularly. It was there for the 3 days we were there.

Very dirty. And there was a homeless man just hanging out in the hallway. Nothing was clean

Check in was 3 hours long ended up going back to airport and sleeping on the ground.

Affordable, convenient location. Big rooms, good AC. Value priced.

Morning staff was good. Check in evening staff was less than good. Property was dirty including the stained carpet in room, cigarette burns in the comforter of the newly remodeled room, carpets in hallways were dirty, elevator floors were dirty. There were a lot of workers working the next morning al over the property so maybe it will be nice at some point. Manager did email and apologize to me for my check in experience and vowed to correct issues but, I would just pay a little more next time and stay in Hilton or Marriott branded property to avoid this experience. I wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't just stayed in a property in NV the night before that was half the price of this one and was 90% nicer.

Orbitz should have mentioned that The Timbers is currently being Remodeled as it affects the survey results! Wish it were possible for the hotel to finish remodeling one wing at a time; vacuum the halls at the end of the day. 24 hour complementary Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate would elevate The Timbers from a hotel to a HOTEL. Room was clean even though obviously not completely renovated. And QUIET...thank you so much...it was Quiet. I would stay there again after the renovation is completed.

No light in the first room I was placed. Dirty doors, dirty floors, no fruit for breakfast. For the money, I was very disappointed.

I liked how helpful the front desk staff was i did not like the first room it was messy and not clean and the door would not lock. People below were smoking and talking loud. After i changed rooms it was better.

This please is terrible and the front dest is so unprofessional.
