You'll likely chose this hotel because it seems like a good deal, but paying a little more will be worth it. I was woken up every night of my stay by people screaming bloody murder. There were multiple cigarette holes in the sheets and comforter, both of which made me very itchy. Not sure if it was a mattress or just a concrete slab. The pictures are much much nicer than it is in real life. There is no way that some of these reviews are real for the hotel to have a 3.8 rating. With the price, I went not having high expectations and was still somehow disappointed.
long time to check-in and there was no line just me!! and they had issue fining my reservation on the computer
The room and hallways are very small and the room itself had a musty odor. It was close to our destination, but would not stay there again
For years I have traveled to Westminster, CO and I always stay at the Super 8. It's always less expensive than other places and I can always count on it being clean and the staff are always friendly. The location is perfect and I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
A decent place to just have a bed, nothing special, but clean. Staff was very pleasant and I liked the location.
The hotel near some restaurants. The room is small and the bed is not very clean.
Although the hotel was great, not loud, room was clean and the amenities were great. The hotel staff was just okay. I understand bad days, everyone has them. Your personal problems should not be reflected in your wprk, i work in retail so i know the feeling of a bad day. Staff was unoragnized amd a bit hectic at times. I also reserved a king smoking room, amd was only offered a queen. Being thats not what i asked for, i would expect some sort of discount, coupon... something. Instead it was up to me to just accept it. I am not sure if the Online customers get second hand treatment, or if its everyone, but if you allow reservations to be made, and rely on them i would treat them with a little more concern.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than average. Staff was friendly. We had a bit of a problem getting a wi-fi connection the first night.
We were originally placed in a room that reeked of wet dog. It was incredibly small and stuffy. Unfortunately, we stayed there for the first two nights instead of complaining about it. When I finally told them, we were moved to a much nicer room for the last day of our stay. The upgraded rooms are very nice. The pet friendly (we did NOT bring a pet) rooms are substandard. The morning breakfasts were good, but there were a few large families that dominated the small room, and ate food quicker than the staff could supply!
Limited breakfast menu. Needs updating. Good location.
When I arrived the bathroom door was locked and the air conditioner did not work. The head housekeeper checked the problems and helped me move to the next room. The room was room was small but adequate for just a place to sleep and clean up before the next day's business. The breakfast was not good: no eggs, waffles, rolls or fruit juices, only cereal.
The room we had was perfect for Hobbits. Small room, small bathroom, few outlets. The breakfast was decent and the hotel location was unbeatable. Large laundry room also.
All was fine, yet there are many small things the staff could see to in order to increase the desirability of this location. For example, clean the windows in the breakfast room, fix the knobs on the cupboards in same room, maintain clean towels in the fitness room (there was a pile of dirty ones all three days that we were there).
This hotel was in a perfect location just minutes away from the interstate. The breakfast was fantastic for the price, biscuits and gravy, fruit, waffles, muffins. The room on the other hand was tiny, not even 3 feet of space separated the bed from the tv. The bathroom was pretty clean however.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Great hotel for the price.
Nice hotel at a good price
We were there for a a long leisure weekend. The hotel staff was very helpful, polite, very personable. For our purpose the hotel was in a great spot, close to the interstates, food, gas. The hotel was somewhat clean. They should vacuum the hallways everyday and pay attention to the walls in the rooms, but overall was satisfactory.
Courteous staff. Clean. Wi Fi did not work for me in all my 3 night stay.
For the price, this was fine. Not many additional features but it was what I was looking for.
Price was good room wasn't very clean
