Ask for room for handicap close to door and it was as far as could possibly be from door. Pet policy unclear and when I wanted to cancel the additional days was given the runaround. Don’t come here

My only complaint is that my key-cards stopped working several times during my stay. The staff was very cordial and fixed the card right away, but it was tiresome to keep having to go to the front desk to get the cards fixed.

We had problems with the air conditioner, and we said about it. The employee came very quickly and fixed it. It was bad that the room was too small. The chair had a broken back and it was impossible to lean. There was no soft chair at all, the carpets are dirty.

Good place reasonable price

Not sure why they offer online check in if you have to give all your info over again. Waste of my time when im tired and just want to rest. Room was very clean. Bed squeaked when you sit on it. Desk clerk was awesome, very friendly!

I mostly booked this place because it had a gym, however, I don't think they should be advertising the gym, because the equipment is ill-maintained and the thermostat in the gym doesn't work. So, it was like 80 plus degrees in there. Otherwise, the property is a good cheap place to stay in Denver.

The staff was ok. I will say the night guy did a good job. The day staff AKA the day manger was a little in the dick side. We book the suit and that was very large. But the hotel is very dated. The room was dark even with the windows open carpet was stained all over. The towels had yellow stains on them and we did not have sheets for the extra bed. So we had to call the front deck to get all that stuff and the night guys hooked us up both times. Don’t count on the breakfast. Only waffles and old cereal. They did have honey buns but they were frozen. As you walk in the front door there is dog pee all over the place also. 116 a night I thought was a good deal until I saw the place. Pay a little more and stay at the fair field inn next door.
