Cozy studio apartment at the base of South Table Mountain

Located across the street from South Table Mountain Park, enjoy short hikes or Mountain biking right out the door. You will have a completely private basement studio apartment, with walk out patio area. Just off I70 and Denver West Pkwy, minutes from Red Rocks, Historic Downtown Golden, 20min from Denver, and 45 miles to skiing. You will be close to restaurants, breweries, and shops.

New Construction, new everything. Basement studio apartment, with walkout private keypad entrance, stocked Full Kitchen, all in 1 W/D. The queen alcove bed is very cozy, and there is a twin size sofa sleeper.
Please keep in mind that this is a basement unit to the primary home of a family of four. We have put soundproofing mechanisms in place, but you may hear footsteps overhead from time to time.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

What you see is what you get. Very quiet neighborhood. We were in Denver for a Broncos game. We didn't need much, just a place to sleep and shower. It was clean, quiet and way cheaper than the hotels for that particular weekend. Also easy to get to with shopping and dining nearby.

Perfect Homebase for Red Rocks

This was our 2nd stay at this location. Priced right, location is perfect for getting to and from Red Rocks quickly after a show. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Hosts are super welcoming and have furnished it wonderfully. We will be back next year!

I never received the email I was promised and did not get the door code. After a few tries on line and a couple phone calls, we finally got hold of a nice guy, who was able to help us. We found the bed was difficult to maneuver. We really enjoyed the quiet evening on the patio! It was really handy to everything, shopping, restaurants, and I70.

Perfect Concert Getaway!

This is the cutest little place to stay. My girlfriend and I were in town to see our first show at Red Rocks and our home away from home didn’t disappoint! The description does bode true you will hear footsteps as this is below their home but it didn’t bother us! 10/10 would recommend.

The place was spotless. It is about the size of a large hotel room but everything is there, including complementary snacks , drinks, and coffee. Very quiet area and great location for us to access the places we went to. Highly recommend this to anyone.😁
