The desk lady Ashley was wonderful. Clean , beds were comfortable. The model does not look anything like the pictures. Tool rack in room gone as are a couple of other pieces. But in a pinch it worked. We were able to extend days.

Office chair we sat down back side almost came apart

Would book again if in the area. It is a very nice place.

Nice Danny ' s close by and a gas station as well. Easy and cheap possibility to check in online and to print boarding passes.

The inn is very old and run down in a poor area of town. If I had seen the hotel in person before making reservations, I wouldn't have stayed there.

Yes I would recommend this motel. Very reasonable in price.

My third time in this hotel. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast, but could add varieties.

I was in the area for a 2 day training that took place at a nearby hotel. I needed a room for the night but was not about to spend $180 for a room at the hotel the training took place in. Although the Rodeway's heyday was some decades ago, the $90 price was very reasonable for the clean room and pleasant staff I encountered. I indicated I would not recommend this to a friend only because other folks may be less likely to take risks with bargain hunting for rooms than I am. The $80 I saved paid for my 2 days food/expenses so it worked out well for me. Also, no hives!

Last minute stop after Colorado Rapids game when other hotel fell through. Ok for low end motel. Staff was friendly and helpful :-) But, the non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes.

This hotel was a great night before heading out to the Denver zoo. It is really close to the zoo. We would stay here again.

Great staff, helpful. Location was okay, right by freeway. Room was clean and housekeeping abided by the DND sign.

It was a pretty good hotel. A little overpriced and not the greatest area. Breakfast was adequate. I would go there again.

Very pleasant. Was much nicer than we expected. We would Definetely stay again.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. But we did have a night with dogs barking until about 11:00pm but then it was quiet after that. The only problem we had is that the shower did not work in our room. When we checked out we let the staff know about it so it could be fixed.

The room was clean and in a good location. Was close to the expressway. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Staff are polite and responsive. Complimentary breakfast was good when it was present. Staff didnt keep items fully stocked. Rooms were clean but are in need of some updating. Beds are uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. Out of all the hotels I have stayed, this was the worst one.

Overall the room was good for the rate we paid. However, the carpet felt very sticky and I needed to make sure I wore shoes while walking around in the room.

When my husband and I arrived at this hotel, we were pretty concerned about the location. It was located next to another, lower value chain hotel, and had people coming and going at all hours. There were homeless people on every corner and constantly wandering through the hotel parking lot. The room itself was clean, however, was in much need of an update. The bathroom was especially in poor condition. The room was not at all insulated from noise and both my husband and I were woken up pretty much every hour by people in other rooms, outside, or above us. We will definitely not stay here again.

When I first checked-in they placed me in a creepy room in the far back of the hotel. I requested to be changed into a different room. Once In my new room it was quiet until the dog outside kept barking all afternoon and night until 11pm. I had to call the front desk 4 times about the dog Noise. Then the following day a car alarm kept going off outside all day. So imagine all the noise that was heard.

Smoking rooms available not too far from downtown.
