Great location! 1/2 block away from the light rail station (W Line). Minutes from Mile Hi Stadium, Federal Center(1.3 mi), Colorado Mills Mall, Belmar (Downtown Lakewood), Red Rocks(9.4 mi), Denver West Office Park(3.6 mi), Downtown Denver(6.1 mi). Light rail train available from the airport to 1/2 block from our house. Free parking (off street) and Natural Grocers grocery store just 2 blocks away. Davies Chuck Wagon (3 blocks away)for breakfast. Main level apartment is just what your looking for.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a desk.

I really had a nice stay, the apt was small, but comfy and clean! I was here for Red Rocks and it's only a 10-15 minute drive - so -Yay! The property owner is quite hospitable and easy to reach. One thing that I didn't like was no stove, so no real cooking.

Overall a good place to stay. Had one issue with an occupant of the main house having a guest that stank up the whole property with cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was quiet and pleasant. If I return to the Denver area, I would stay here again.

The room/small apartment was perfect! It was really cute and cozy, had mini-splits which helped keep the room warm enough the whole weekend. The host(s) are so accommodating! Left great instructions, even left a paper with places to eat, which was so helpful! Parking was right out front, very safe and comfortable. The coffee pot was a godsend (we brought our own coffee from the place I manage here in AZ) and we used it every day. There is a griddle, a hot plate, microwave, fridge, sink- really perfect for 2 people. When we make our next journey, we will definitely see if this is available again!

Kathy was very welcoming. The apartment is conveniently located to the train station. It is small, but suitable for two people. There is no stove in the kitchen, but has other ways to cook. Overall a descent place.

Excellent and cozy little room for 2, just what I needed in between some hiking and visiting family nearby. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Instructions started with code then main floor. Tried a few doors then reached out to host. She responded, reread the instructions. Obviously, not the first to ask this. Our fault, but not a great intro. May need to move where the entry is to the 1st paragraph. Plumbing issues in bathroom: leak, slow drain and handle not secured. With every flush the kitchen sink gurguled. It was comfortable and priced right.

The rooms were clean and well appointed - excellent. The Safeway nearby had shut down. The location was excellent with the light rail close by. The street was quiet. I (at age 82) had trouble getting into my room after dark with the push-button lock system. The host was very gracious.

Location to Red Rocks, a 10 min drive was terrific. Light rail 1 blk away but we didn’t use. Other businesses were easily accessible to this property. Off street parking easy & safe. Adequate kitchen items. Toaster would have been nice perk. I wouldn’t recommend for large adults as the bedroom & bathroom & shower are very cramped. Shower spigot dripped from the time we arrived. Shower valve handle was loose & once the water temp was set right handle easily came detached. He was able to put handle back on in order to shut shower off. BR sink handle - hot side needs attention as it’s difficult to turn off. I didn’t find all spaces to be clean. Though bedding was clean & double mattress was comfortable even for 2 avg size adults. Generally spaces, fixtures & furniture were on the tired side. We appreciated being able to check in 1 hr early.
