Dirty !! The room I initially got had some sort of “kit” in the dresser that I was not comfortable with and let them know. They immediately came and removed whatever it was in the dresser and then got me a different room, which was being serviced by someone and he was not aware of that and so I left and came back and the room was completely disgusting hair in the shower on the walls, stains everywhere and I took pictures of everything

I extended my stay another 2 days and they insisted that I leave another deposit when there was already a deposit for the room. When asking questions to better understand their policy I was basically threatened to be kicked out if I didn’ personally go to their office for processing… she kept yelling at me which was the most upsetting. I don’t recommend that hotel it’s just that bad

My stay would have been better if the staff better understood their guests and refrain from treating them with such disrespect. No one likes to be yelled at as a guest arriving from outside of Colorado. Really all stems from a request for a deposit when the Expedia websites specifically states that a deposit is not required if you pay fully when booking.
