Beautiful, well kept property. Amazing maintenance man and support call line. I love how they were so nice and helpful to do what they could on a weekend. Although a broken AC unit is an unforeseeable dilemma, it was significantly uncomfortable to arrive and sleep the first night with temperatures above 80 degrees. For only two nights there hosting, I was disappointed that I couldn’t provide a more comfortable experience for my guests the first night. I recommend regular maintenance so what future visitors don’t experience the same. Luckily, the sweet maintenance man brought box fans, otherwise it would not have been habitable by any means.

Perfect for us
The location was good with vacation necessities nearby - a great brewery, (Zuni) wine shop (Amendment 21) and Italian restaurant (Tiny P's) Safe & easy walkable neighborhood with bus stop steps from the door. If you can't find parking, hotel across the street will sell you a spot ;)

The Condo itself was nice and well stocked. Check in process and communication was good. Located in a good area with plenty of things to do within walking distance. The only downside was the street noise outside. Cars were very loud. Overall I would recommend Espadin.

Fantastic Denver location
The unit was clean, spacious and in a great location. The property manager was very friendly and easy to deal with. He quickly responded to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.
